Mario is amazing! Charismatic, thoughtful and curious. Wonderful experience because of him.

I had Gabbie help me with a kitchen layout remodel and she is amazing! I got the visuals promptly and she made the cabinets work in a really tight space! I highly recommend coming to Gabbie for your next remodeling project!

This is one of 4-stores they have. This one is supposed to be their entry level budget store. Other ones are meant to cater to higher end items. However, this store does have beautiful well made cabinets. If you are remodeling, this store should be on your short list to visit.

They have a lovely showroom with quite a variety of options for a kitchen or bathroom project. They could definitely do a much better job assisting Customers who are of color but not Asian. There were 7 people who looked at me briefly but chose to ignore me completely after they sensed that I might have needed help. I waited 15 minutes for 1 guy to finish assisting someone else. When he was done he quickly turned away from me, darted through the displays & ran out the door. I guess he needed to go to lunch. 2 guys were at the counter having a discussion. They did look up to acknowledge my presence but said nothing & went back to what they were doing. I waited in front of them until they were done. When they were done, they both walked off talking to each other as they escaped from the counter leaving me standing there. There was 2 other women behind the counter who also looked at me, said nothing & just left. I walked to the other end of the counter where there was 2 more men & 1 at a station behind the counter. The 2 counter guys looked at me & seemed to be reluctant to acknowledge me. The other guy saw me, said something to the two at the counter, then he got up & came out to assist me. He was very pleasant, answered my questions, gave me good information & wasn't concerned about assisting me. I did mention to him what the first guy did, he apologized & asked if there was anything else I needed. I thanked him for his assistance & information. It took me 30 minutes just to get his assistance. Something was definitely wrong with that picture.

While shopping for an item at the Jack London Square warehouse we were helped by Iliana. Unfortunately the item was not in stock. However, Iliana went the extra mile to find the item at another retailer. Great customer service!

Disappointing. I bought bathroom vanities earlier this year and that worked out fine. When I ordered more cabinets from them I had a disappointing experience.
They didn't tell me until my contractor showed up to pick up that they didn't have all the pieces of my order. Instead of a cabinet with a drawer, they told me they had assembled - without asking me - one with a door that covers the entire face. Since I had no choice at this point I sent my contractor out again to pick it up. When I opened the packaging, I discovered that the cabinet was ready to take a drawer, but they had provided me with a door that covers the entire face. I was told I could remove the drawer panel. Still not sure why they added the drawer panel.
I've paid my contractor for two trips to pick up, and now I have to pay him to remove a panel, something Sincere should have done. Sincere offered a credit so small that it wouldn't be worth my time to call in my credit card number, much less cover the extra work I have to pay my contractor to do. -
Very disappointed! I asked a salesperson for information about a door for my bathtub, he didn't bother to help me.
He just said that there were many types of doors and said to go look in the showcase.
They shouldn't hire people like that.
I was very embarrassed, I left the store at the same time and went to buy at another store. -
Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Tldr: I went here for a kitchen and bathroom remodel which ended up costing me over $1k in cabinet moldings that could not be used nor returned. This was also through their higher tier cabinet lines (Diamond Cabinets) so it wasn't a cheap order.
I ordered kitchen cabinets through Sincere which had a 6 week lead time. When designing the kitchen, they incorrectly designed the kitchen with the wrong ceiling height, and ordered kitchen moldings that were unable to be used as there was no actual space to install the moldings. This left me with moldings that were unusable and completely wasted. What am I supposed to do with that much molding?
In addition, even if the moldings could have been used, they quoted me for 5 pieces of the molding, each of which are 96 inches in width. That's a total 480 inches, or 40 feet long. The kitchen design that they themselves created only has a maximum of 212-220 inches of molding that can even be installed even if it could be installed (and this is including the length of a window and a wall which doesn't even need molding).
Even if I did need and could install molding, I would have had 2-3 brand new pieces of molding left over which could not be used.
However, ordering appliances such as countertops, kitchen sinks, and other miscellaneous items were fine. Not the best deal, but not the most expensive either.
Customer service was fine. People were nice enough. However, that really doesn't make up for the wasted time and money. -
Terrible store policies! Please read.
I purchased two 9 ft countertops for a kitchen at the Oakland Market street warehouse. The salesperson offered installation which I thought could be convenient even though pricing was a little higher than I expected. I paid for everything upfront including the labor and materials. Nothing was picked up and the installers would deliver the day of installation which was in 3 weeks.
After sleeping on my purchase for 7 days I changed my mind. I found a second option that could save me some money. I went back to the store for a return. Technically not returning anything as I never left with any materials with me.
I found out there's a 25% fee/penalty for the labor that never was done! Just canceling on their calendar would cost me 25% of the original cost of labor. I would understand if it was a restocking fee but it was a 25% penalty for the labor that was scheduled 2 weeks later. I understand if it was within 48 hours but 25% is outrageous. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice in my opinion. I beg the manager and asked for an exception or reduction to maybe 10%. No consideration was given and just a cold exchange of minimal words with a lack of understanding and empathy. Sincere Home decor isn't so sincere. -
Mario was an excellent salesperson in making recommendations for my kitchen. Very responsive to my questions and concerns. Line that they do 3D rendering do I can envision the final product.

We just renovated our kitchen and ordered cabinets and countertop both through Sincere. Gabbie and Emrick were the most helpful. We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone we know who wants to renovate their kitchen!

Walked in with my family looking around for a while and no one ever approached us to ask if we needed help. My husband went to the desk patiently waited, no one ever addressed him, then he asked for some assistance and the young woman rudely told him to wait because she was sending an email. Talk about poor customer service. We left and took our business elsewhere and will never return. I would suggest the owners invest in a bit of training for their customer service reps.

Great customer service. Very professional and with the ability to walk away with your purchase instead of waiting weeks to get it delivery. I had purchase from them several times and the experience remains the same. I will be back for my next project. Thank you Sincerely team.

Helpful staff but there were some issues that are unacceptable for the price we paid. The drawings they made us to our dimensions did not fit properly. Our contractor had to do a bunch of modifications. Cabinets had scuff marks, unpainted areas and dents.

This company has been a disaster to work with since the beginning. They initially sent over damaged kitchen cabinets and refused to take any responsibility for the damage. We had to then order new cabinets for our clients at our companies expense, and Sincere Home Decor again sent the incorrect cabinets and have failed to take responsibility yet again. They have terrible customer service, and its been a horrible experience working with them.

We purchased 16 Liberty Cabinets in Gloss White Slab Fronts. Lester worked with us to design the exact kitchen we were looking for. He patiently answered our questions and offered many suggestions to create a workable plan. Over a few days we completed the design and ordered the cabinets. It took about 8-9 weeks for Diamond to make the cabinets and ship to the delivery company.
The delivery service was excellent, showed up on time, was very careful with all the cabinets and placed them all into our empty garage. Diamond packages the cabinets really well and everything was in pristine condition with no issues. We installed the cabinets without any issues.
A few things to remember to make sure your order gos through without issues:
1. Make sure you understand every piece that's on your order, where it goes and what's it for. Such as fill pieces, end pieces, toe kick, trim pieces, etc.
2. Frameless vs framed require different fill.
3. Make sure your measurements are correct.
4. Cabinets will need to be shimmed and level in order to fit together properly.
5. Take ownership of what you're ordering, don't assume the cabinet company or the designer can read minds.
Lester Gomez, the designer and salesman, is an excellent resource and I highly recommend him and Sincere Home Decor for you kitchen cabinets. 5 Stars out of 5! -
Wow where do I begin. It took me nearly a year after this traumatic experience to write this review. I don't think there are enough words allowed to go into detail on all the problems I had. My remodel was a complete nightmare thanks to Sincere Home Decor.
TLDR: The materials had a variety of defects, including chipped wood, unpainted portions, and stained countertops. Wood panels were sent to us that didn’t match the rest of the cabinets. The countertop was installed improperly. Several pieces of the cabinet arrived months after our initial order. Sincere failed to provide the necessary customer service to resolve these issues and continually refused to accept any sort of responsibility for the issues we were having.
Some details:
1) Their "free consultation" which resulted in them designing the layout of kitchen and ordering the parts to complete that design was done incorrectly, despite us providing them the exact details and dimensions of our space. This resulted in components not fitting well, doors scraping other doors, and missing pieces. It was awful and we ended up having to jury rig a bunch of things to make it work with the cabinets that we received.
2) The cabinets (Homecrest) were of extremely poor quality. I mean, just terrible. The color of the stain varied significantly from piece to piece, things were stained improperly where you could see the original wood underneath, gaps in the cabinets resulting in being able to see through them, doors not opening and closing properly, scrapes and chips everywhere, shelves being made of different materials (some were wood, some were MDF board). One of the cabinets we received wasn't even the right item, and they acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging us to ship the correct one, which took 6 weeks to arrive, delaying our project significantly. The fine print on their contracts states that even in situations where the materials are defective, YOU have to pay for replacements to be shipped.
3) The countertop installation was crooked and done unprofessionally. There were blemishes in the countertop that were not just due to the material (think grey and white countertop with a orange blemishes).
4) The customer service received was awful. During this entire process, we had to constantly ask for updates. It took Sincere an average of 2-3 days every time there was an issue to hear back from Homecrest as they claimed they did not have a phone number of anyone at that company to call. It took a similar amount of time when Sincere’s upper management needed to be involved, indicating to us that they did not take our situation seriously or treat it with any urgency. We spent an average of 30 minutes a day during this entire process chasing after Sincere with phone calls and emails and trying to be made whole by our purchase. As a result, we spent countless hours on the phone with or emailing Sincere, even more hours being stressed out about this entire process, resulting in what was supposed to be a three-week job taking three months. Completion of our kitchen was delayed by months as a direct result of Sincere’s negligence and Homecrest’s faulty product. (FYI the people we mainly worked with there were Mario, Anna, and Daniel.)
Please, for the sake of your sanity, shop elsewhere. -
Great selection of kitchen, bath and flooring options at reasonable prices. Our designer did a great job helping us select the best options for our renovation project.

Had a very good selection of prefab countertops and we had great customer service while we were there. Most things were marked if they were low on stock or out of stock. We did need to ask because a couple things turned out to not in the exact size we needed for back splash.

I was super pleased with my excellent service by Emrick at Sincere Decor. Originally I went to Granite Expo and it was like night and day in service when I went to Sincere Decor. Emrick went above and beyond to help me and ensure my order was placed correctly. I was so grateful as placing orders for cabinets can be an incredibly daunting experience. Thank you so much Emrick for your first rate service.
