Fast and Excellent work, called Armando on Wednesday he handles all my issues the next day! Handled everything professionally the job looks fantastic would recommend his services to anyone needing gate repair or fabrication!

Armanywas very responsive and after we spoke he came out the next day to discuss and give me an estimate. The estimate to repair my iron fence hinge was less than I was expecting and he was able to get his guys out within a couple of days. Would definitely use again.

Our nanny crashed into.a metal fence and did a lot of damage. Armando met us at the fence the next morning and had it fixed within hours. His team did amazing work- the fence looks perfect (not easy as it was over 70 years old and very detailed)! You literally cannot tell that it was ever damaged.

Neza Iron Works did a spectacular job on a challenging railing situation for a my home in Oakland. The railing required, custom onsite bending, and on site design to match and compliment the style of my home. The entire process was absolutely flawless, everyone at Neza Iron Works had a very high level of skill, hcommunication and commitment to the project, An absolutely stellar result- I can’t say enough good things about Armondo and his fantastic team.
I called and they responded quickly, we were able to meet the next day to look at the project and they were able to start the following week, my project took two days, and I thought the price was fair and reasonable for the quality and workmanship.

I used them for security bars for one of our windows and love the final product! It is strong and looks great aesthetically. Armando was very prompt in communication, his prices were reasonable and got the job done quickly. Would recommend them!

Just had a great experience with Neza and would definitely recommend them and use them again. I backed into my own driveway iron gate (like an idiot) and popped off the pin that goes into ground that keeps the one door closed and bent the pin and a few other pieces. Neza came the same day and had everything fixed in one hour. The did the necessary welding on the spot and also straightened everything out. Great communication the whole time through the process as well. Such a relief as I couldn't keep the gate closed and was worried it was going to take days for someone to fix it.

I would put more one star if I could !

I am 100% satisfied with the driveway gate and crawl space hinged cover that was created for me by Neza Iron Works. Armando, the owner, is very professional. I called, he came at the time we agreed upon, I explained what we wanted, he asked a couple questions, drew a picture of what I wanted, verified the style on the phone, and measured the job. The price seems very fair. He had his workers build the project the next day, then on the day of installation, I was called, and told what time the workers would arrive. This was appreciated. The three workmen arrived with their tools, drop cloths, paint and the custom made gate and crawl space cover. They were efficient, and polite. The job was completed thoroughly, and looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Neza Iron Works to anyone. Great job! Great Experience!

I had put off installing handrails on my front stairs for years, thinking it would be complicated, expensive, or otherwise taxing, and for years I watched my parents get older and struggle to climb the six stairs into my house. Finally I decided to do it, googled around found all these incredible reviews for Neza Iron Works. Armando picked up the phone right away, and met me at the house the next morning to discuss the project. I felt good about the meeting and gave him a big deposit, but was still worried that perhaps I'd missed something or that the project would take a long time or somehow get screwed up. EXACTLY ONE DAY LATER THE JOB WAS FINISHED! I was flabbergasted, impressed, and delighted. These handrails have exceeded my expectations and now I'm kicking myself for not calling Neza Iron Works sooner!

Definitely recommend Armando and his Neza team. Quick, handsome, and well-priced fence. His design is a subtle step up from your typical panelized picket iron fence. Team is professional and one-time. They installed a fence with person gate and rolling (manual) car gate. They also provided a good fix after a car ran into one of the posts.

Armando responded promptly to my call and had his brother out to install my porch railing the very same day. They were friendly and efficient. His brother, Saul did an excellent custom job! The cost was reasonable. I am very pleased with the results.

What a great experience. We needed a basic handrail for our family elder to navigate the front stairs. I've seen Neza's company truck in the neighborhood for a number of years and read positive recommendations from our neighbors on Nextdoor and a block group chat, so I called Armando. He was super-prompt, stopped by to meet and check out the job, and invited me and my wife to come to his shop to select the material.

When I was ready he came by once again to go over everything, and offered to have his team there the next morning. His crew of four showed up bright and early, two trucks, a selection of metals on the rack, and a steel bending contraption. They spent the day custom-bending the railing to match the irregular curve of our retaining wall, carefully coring mounting holes into our flagstone, then welded, blended, and painted the finished installation.

The finished handrail is minimalistic like we wanted, feels rock-solid to grip, and looks like it was custom made for our house (which it was!). Armando and his guys at Neza understand the assignment! :)

On Sunday, March 17th, my husband and I suffered a break-in in the pre-dawn hours in our condo in Duboce Triangle of San Francisco while we slept through the whole thing, ugh!

A thief crowbarred open our front window after standing on a nearby ledge, and promptly stole my almost-new MacBook Air off my nearby desk because I had left the Bluetooth active overnight, which I know now can be easily tracked through an everyday app. A very unfortunate learning experience, but we were very glad that is all they appear to have taken!

We wanted to reinforce our condo ASAP and found Neza Iron Works through Yelp and Google. I reached out to the number listed on Yelp and it belonged to the very kind owner, Mr. Armando Sánchez, who picked up that Sunday on his own line while at home with his family.

He agreed to meet with us the very next day, and measure the front of our condo for a customized white ironwork grid with requested additional attachments, so no ‘prison-like’ bars in this case. He was very professional, friendly and offered us a very reasonable deal for the work to cover our three large front Victorian windows.

We happily gave him a downpayment and hoped to have the work scheduled ASAP.

Unfortunately, our error was not running this by our HOA first, who were not okay with iron bars installed on the 1st floor of our 3-floor home, despite the breaking of our window facing the sidewalk. But it is what it is!

This was admittedly our error in not seeking their approval for “common area” modifications, but Mr. Armando Sánchez graciously allowed us some time to try to work this out with our HOA. Unfortunately, the HOA put the kibosh on the bars, but Mr. Sánchez in the meantime had began the work customized to our windows, and even graciously offered to store this work for us for some time in case the HOA changed their mind.

Our HOA responsibility and negotiations is our own oversight, but we wanted to HEARTILY recommend Mr. Armando Sánchez and Neza Iron Works for their professionalism, work ethic and honesty.

If we could have gotten our HOA on board with our security solution, we would have eagerly added his professional work to the front of our condo. Mr. Armando Sánchez and Neza Iron Works are a credit to honest and talented workmanship, and if we ever have the opportunity to hire them again, we would do so in a heartbeat. Great local company to support. Armando is very friendly and easy to work with. They took on a really small job for us in a short timeframe. We had contacted a few other companies for bids, and they came in at a reasonable price and we're flexible.

We requested galvanized and painted window bars, and they did everything as requested. They were quick with their work, on time and kept me updated throughout the process.

It's not easy to find reputable and honest companies nowadays. If I ever need similar work, I will definitely reach out to them again as well as refer them to anyone! Give them a call, it is well worth it.

Armando did a fantastic job with fabricating the railing along my driveway. He came out on a Friday to measure and was ready to install it the next Monday. His crew was also great. They were super nice and cleaned up everything after the job. I will use Armando and team for all my future projects.

He's an artist. Armando works with good people to create and install. He built my gorgeous gate from a picture of what I was hoping for. He monitored the job well when his crew came on site. He used new, and up to date, sturdy electrical equipment and referred us to a fair priced electrician as well. He is highly skilled, a fair businessman, a kind person, and respectful. We so enjoyed working with him and will call on him again in the near future for our other projects. His prices are unbeatable, and that was quite important to us. My contractor was blown away by his work. Thank you!
