The worst. They've been doing work on our street. Leaving equipment on sidewalks, using people's yards for their equipment. Blocking the street where you cannot see or safely turn while workers stand around and watch. I'm sure they work hard and they do good work but 3 weeks ,3 of 4 corners done , same inconsiderate parking practices daily. Total disregard for people who live in the neighborhood trying to get to and from their home.

This company did several renovation upgrades around my house inside and outside. Excellent quality of work and very easy to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future.

From one of the first responses from someone named “Frank” then to the “salesperson” quote this company is ridiculous! They are very hard to work with and to understand at least some of them. Quotes are much higher then others and their customer service is awful.

I hired these folks to replace & repair siding, and paint the 2nd story of my 100 y/o house. I don't hire a lot of outside help, as I'm quite picky about how projects are done on my home. These guys: - showed up on time; - called or texted when there were any issues; - made appropriate suggestions; - used high quality materials and labor; - finished on time and on budget; - were nice to my dog. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Frank and his team are a pleasure to work with - attentive and responsive to questions and requests. The team is very flexible and considerate, which was much-appreciated given that we were working from home during the work that was done.

We would definitely reach out to BVHI again if we have any additional work we need done.

I was truly aggravated very much disappointed with Frank, the CEO of best value improvements. I scheduled an appointment for rough estimate on a home renovation project.
Prior to the remodel, we hired a different contractor to do basic work. Frank walked in our home, and decided on the spot this was not a project he will
do according to his company rules. He refused to hear an explanation and decided in complete short sided assumption he would be correcting mistakes done by others.

Completely ignorant and very unprofessional. I have never experienced a Licensed contractor walking away from a job just because someone else’s work preexisted.

Best Value Home Improvements completely redid my bathroom, gutting everything except the bathtub, and they did an excellent job! They are fantastic and communicated very well throughout the process. From the wall and floor tiles, to installing cabinets, to plumbing and fixtures, it all came together extremely well. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

Worth the wait. When we first contacted Frank, his crews were booked for several months. But a neighbor showed what a great job they did. We had painting and minor repairs to our 1927 bungalow. It was definitely worth the wait. We will use this team again.

We needed someone to paint our house, which is perched on the side of a very steep hill. Frank's team did a spectacular job quickly and for a reasonable price. His workers were considerate, tidy, and skilled at their work. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering having their house painted.

We highly recommend Frank and his team. They tore down a steep set of concrete front steps and rebuilt them out of wood and brick. The craftsmanship was top notch. We also had them fix some stucco on the outside of the house and repaint. Frank was helpful, responsive, and stayed on budget.

I’ve been through 3 different handyman services in the past year; Best Value is the only one of those three services I will be calling back for future work. Manny and Frank were both prompt, professional and honest. Their foreman Edgar and his crew work fast and diligently, leaving me with a new garage wall that will last 100 years. They did all of this without leaving a speck of dust behind, and even touched up the exterior paint of the garage.

Several years back, a gentleman by the name of Israel dropped off a flyer for Best Value Home Improvements and I filed it away thinking this would be an option for a future project. Fast forward to 2019, after a long rainy season, my home was in need of dry rot repair and painting. I remembered the flier and called for an estimate.

Project Manager, Manny B., made the process of getting started very convenient and easy. The contractor, Bob, and his team were great as well. Not only was their work ethic and skill impressive, they also accepted my input throughout the job. This was important in fulfilling my vision for the project. Communication with Manny and Bob throughout the job was easy through email, txt & phone.

At completion, I'm very happy with the work and the customer experience. The cost was fair. I highly recommend.

They were very transparent about the scope of work and followed the agreed‑upon scope and timeline as expected. The quality of their work was excellent, and the workers arrived well‑prepared and ensured the job site was clean after completing their tasks.

Henry responds to you via yelp quote and texting and phone. HE RESPONDS. Sometimes even after hours because you are contacting him. You get a quote and you can pay installments.
My project was a concrete job for my broken sidewalk. Henrys quote was the lowest out of the 4 quotes I received. He updated me on permit times and inspection dates and schedule of construction.

I used this company for may of my remodel, my recent one was in October 2025 and completed in January 2026 fire related issues. Henry was the best to work with, always keep you informed of the status and work with my insurance company patiently for the payments. There’s no words to describe how grateful I am to Henry and how much he was willing to help when a crisis arises. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Bought a new house and there were various issues within the crawlspace regarding joists and floor damage. Henry was the only person to respond to any inquiries as everyone else brushed me off as "not worth the time." Henry came by to do an estimate and he went through my crawlspace to take a look at the damages and potential need for repair. Let me tell you, that crawlspace is about 3 feet tall and dirty but that didn't stop him.

Henry told me what he saw, took a look at the inspection report I received when I bought the house, and told me what needs to be done and what I can put on the backburner.

Henry provided a fair price and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He was also flexible with timing as well as any change orders that needed to be made.

You can't go wrong giving Henry a chance.

We are so glad we hired Enrique and his team to help us with the work on our house. Their team was very knowledgeable about the right way to approach our complicated situation. They were very communicative at every step along the way. Enrique responded quickly to our initial request for a quote, and once we were ready, their team was available to start. The whole team was courteous and skilled. We will gladly hire them again!

We hired Enrique and his team to remodel our bathroom. Enrique is a great guy -- very responsive, fair, and honest. We had a few issues come up during construction and he never tried to trick us into thinking it was acceptable, he had his guys fix it without question. We are happy with the final product. It was a total gutjob and Enrique's knowledge of how plumbing, electrical, etc. all work make me confident the bathroom will last a long time.

Enrique and his team are absolutely amazing at their work! We needed his help for remodeling our two bathrooms, and they did a fantastic job. One of the bathrooms was converted from a bathtub to a tiled walk-in shower, and Enrique's team were extremely meticulous about all of the tile-laying and plumbing work required. Additionally, they were always very responsive and carefully explained all of the different processes that they would be doing. Everything proceeded as-was quoted, and we are excited to have Enrique back in the future for additional home improvements!
