Skybar construction and their team were so great to work with. It took me a while to find a contractor that can help me with my kitchen and deck remodel. I was so happy to find them. They made the process so easy and i will recommend them to family and friends!

Amazing professionalism and customer service from SkyBar Construction. We were remodeling my daughter's bathroom. Anthony was great at coming up various layouts and construction options & costs. Kelli helped with the interior design - working with my daughter on the bathroom materials, color and style. They actually met us at the design showroom to finalize the selections - absolutely wonderful! We are very happy with the process and my daughter loves her new bathroom. We now have SkyBar remodeling our backyard decks - tri-level decks on a rising hillside backyard.

Skybar demolished an old deck in my backyard that was in bad condition and constructed a new deck of high-quality/good-looking composite to replace and expand it, even dealing with some tricky shape/design challenges to accommodate existing plantings and flower beds. Work was completed on schedule (in about a week and half after construction commenced), communication about timing and activity was excellent, the job site was left good as new, and the price was fair and reasonable. Will not hesitate to work with them again on future projects!

I had such a great experience with Skybar Construction and their team. My wife and I had several contractors give us an estimate for our kitchen remodeling and garage conversion. Most of the contractors that showed up were very respectful and professional, but once they left the house it was hard to communicate with them. My wife and i had ALOT of questions since we were spending most of our savings and investing in this large project. What we loved the most working with Anthony and Kelli from Skybar was the amazing communication, we always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. They kept us updated throughout the entire project and we never dealt with any surprises. We met about 3 times before even signing the contract we never felt pressured! They were always so patient and respectful. Their work ethic was a 10/10. They called almost every evening to check on how we felt with the progress. Bar is an excellent contractor : knowledgeable, professional, and extremely easy to work with. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly, explained the process in detail, and gave me real confidence that the project was in good hands.

I had a difficult experience with my previous contractor, who lacked the proper knowledge and skills to install the deck correctly and didn’t fully understand the materials needed to finish the job properly. When I reached out to Bar, he responded immediately. He quickly assessed the situation, understood exactly what needed to be done, and knew right away which materials and steps were required to complete the deck the right way.

Throughout the project, Bar was responsive, organized, and proactive. He even identified an uneven stair issue left behind by the previous contractor, explained the problem clearly, and took care of it without hesitation. Out of all the contractors we interviewed, Bar from Skybar Construction stood out from the very first meeting. He quickly understood our taste, budget, and requirements, making the entire process easy and smooth.

This a warning for all developers & general contractors. Do not hire this man. He will betray your trust. Damage your business, and won't think twice about it. I have had nothing but issues with this Clemente. A dark cloud follows him and will consume anyone he does business with. Stay away from this guy. If you want your business to thrive.

CR construction had their license suspended in May and will likely be suspended again. A few others are going to sue CR shortly. Plan accordingly if you plan do hire them as your contractor or as a sub.

CR construction is run by Clemente Rodriguez. CR was hired to replace our roof and siding.

CR required 40% up-front payment, which we later learned is illegal. The schedule of payments in their contract ensured CR received 99% payment before even 10% of the work was done. 8 months later the work is still unfinished and will need to be re-done by another company. All the money we paid is lost.

CR’s work has consistently resulted in damage to our building. Deck demolition was careless with damage to the patio used to access the roof. Siding work resulted in water penetration and disabled interior lighting. Roofing work resulted in leaks to interior units and the garage. Gutters were damaged and disconnected resulting in uncontrolled water flow off the roof. Deck was demolished and improperly covered, resulting in extensive flooding to the interior after rainfall.

Their work is low quality, progress is slow and unpredictable, and they create a chaotic messy worksite. We had unused roofing materials abandoned on the patio for over 6 months.

It has been one misery after the other.

A Google search shows multiple lawsuits against CR for breach of contract.

It appears Clemente Rodriguez has a history of low quality work and unfinished projects. He had a prior company called Clemente Rodriguez Artistic Limestone & Foam Shape. If you check the reviews you’ll see the same issues.

Arizmendi has assisted our organization with several projects including the installation of a staircase, a kitchen rehab, a floor replacement, and soundproofing. Their cooperative philosophy seems to extend to how they are with the community. They're people serving people -- caring about the work that they do and the people they're serving. Ruel, Max, Shira and other members have consistently proven to be considerate, patient, kind and reasonable. They can also be creative when working with a budget. We're excited to see how they continue to expand and will definitely continue to work with them.
