Challenge Rooter was FANTASTIC though out our entire sewer lateral work that was required after a home purchase. From their front office communication to the workers who come on site, they are timely, respectful and most importantly, competent. I obtained three quotes and Challenge Rooter was the most creative in coming up with a solution for an old system with some twists and turns, and were very fair in working with us on cost. When a deluge of rain came, some of the dirt settled (a totally normal thing) and they came out right away, to add some rock and dirt and resettle the land. They explained all of the steps very clearly, and helped me understand aspects that were confusing. We were given Challenge Rooter as a referral from our real estate agent and I won't hesitate to pass their name along.

Friendly, on time, and within the estimate. There were no surpised with testing, they communicated quickly and pro-actively submitted my Sewer Lateral compliance cert day-of completion without asking. Evelio was friendly and answered my questions patiently, thanks y'all!
