Constraction reviews in Oceanside, California

They work hard, don't waste time follow through with everything thoroughly. They double check things and make sure they are following the plans that that they have made with you. They were on time and on budget. The communiticate will be using them again with some of my upcoming projects. Trustworthy I feel that is very
important I had no problem with them coming and going whether or not I was here or not, also I felt that what they told me needed to be done was the truth they weren't adding stuff on that didn't need to be done.

I called a whole bunch of people... Got a bunch of robots... Some very slick technical resources... Called a bunch of people including Roto-Rooter.. and their system was slick... But the quote was not even close and had no details... And was at a dead end... So I googled plumber near me and these were the guys first on the list... Picked up the phone got a human told them what I needed got a ballpark price sent some pictures did some back and forth got a time frame and then just waited for approval... Then I got some timely follow-ups and verification on the work. If you need something done use these guys... No nonsense... No robots... Just good old top-notch surface... Like we used to get... Thanks again gentlemen we sure do appreciate you.

Great, service. Great way to get connected to professionals in the home service industry. We use HOCOA for our rental home in CA.

HOCOA is a trusted and valued community member. A great resource for a wide variety of home improvement projects.

We have been members for about 8 months and have used Sam's service to find people to handle a kitchen upgrade and yard/tree service. We were completely satisfied with the results. The tradesmen were all vetted, licensed, and (best of all) local, independent businesses. Sam helps set expectations and follows up to make sure they are met. My hat's off to this excellent service.
