Paul Cunningham is a very conscientious, hard working, very knowledgeable in his line of work. Our pool is always in the very best of condition and we would not want anybody else but Paul to maintain our pool.

Paul is the best technician and always prompt. The entire crew from pool service, filter cleaning, and diagnostics are amazing. Highly recommend!

Bob has been our regular pool man for 8 years and I couldn't be more happy with his Professional service. He has replaced the heating element in our above ground spa and even replaced pool pumps for our pond on top of weekly regular service.

Bob has been our technician for years and has been excellent. He's reliable, does a very thorough job, and keeps our (difficultly situated and somewhat complicated pool) looking beautiful and clean.

Bob does a great job maintaining my spa. So nice to have a sparkling clean spa. He always gives me a heads up prior to entering the area so I can corral my dogs. It’s a relief to know that no dogs will escape when he’s here. Bob and Phenomepool are great to work with.

I have a salt water pool where the water feels like silk. They also provide weekly maintenance for my hot tub and it is always clean and comfortable.

We have had a pool for 25 years. About 4 years ago we had a replaster and hunted around for a new pool service and found a great local Oceanside company, PhenomePool.
Paul is the service technician who comes every week and our pool is always perfect. I never have to worry. With Paul and PhenomePool, this is the first time I have ever had a worry-free pool!

We have had great experiences with PhenomePool both when we have had urgent pool needs and for our weekly service by Jordan. He always let’s us know when he is on his way so we can get our dogs out of the backyard. If we are ever not able to do so he is totally fine with them even though they bark at him continuously when he’s just trying to do his job.

PhenomePool has been great. I've been using them for four years now. They maintain my pool (and also did my hot tub). Jordan is great; he is quiet, efficient, and friendly. Soly (the owner) is knowledgable and helpful when things go wrong.

Very happy with Phenome Pool and Spa Service. The best part is our tech, Bob. Its not just the good work he does, but his attitude. If he sends a text that he’s on his way, but we’ve got a bunch of kids in the pool, he’ll try and find a different time for our service. I definitely recommend.
