We've used PhenomePool Services since 2019 and have always been happy with their service. Our technician. Bob, is always on time, communication is superb and he keeps his eye on aging or inoperable equipment. He comes in, takes care of business and he's on his way. When in need of repairs, their prices are as good or better than anyone else and they're FAST in getting the work scheduled and completed.

We have been with Phenomenal Pool service for 12 years now. They are a family run business and they care about their customers. Our pool tech Gabber is super sweet and very helpful. He always lets me know the condition of the pool and if there are any repairs that must be made. They are very reasonably priced and super honest. I really appreciate having a company that is honest, reliable and easy to work with taking care of our pool and spa.

I’ve been a customer for about a year and a half now. Paul cleans my pool. He’s never missed a day. Pool is super clean after his visits. I also had my old heater finally crap out last year and these guys installed a new unit real quick. Very happy with them.

We have been using PhenomePool and Spa Service to do the weekly service on our salt water pool and spa for over a year. Marcus has been our pool guy the whole time. He shows up every Wednesday without fail and keeps the pool looking great. He always makes sure to double lock the side gate so our dogs don’t escape. I highly recommend PhenomePool to all.

When my wife and I purchased our house 2 1/2 years ago the pool water was in bad shape due to the previous owners maintaining on their own. Prior to closing, the pool and water looked good, but within a week of closing the water turned pea green and had to be shocked to clear it up.
I contacted Phenom Pool and spoke with the owner Soly. Soly advised the water should be drained and replaced. I asked Soly if there was any way it could be cleared up without draining and refilling, due to the cost. He begrudgingly agreed (he he :) to try but said it may take awhile and could not guaranty it would work. Well, it took a couple months (maybe 3) but with the help of chemicals and a lot of scrubbing he got the water to finally stay clear regularly. Thank you Soly and Marcus.
Marcus is our weekly cleaner and started the maintenance about 2 months into our move. Marcus does an oustanding job. My wife and I have a large dog who is friendly, but comes off as aggressive with people he does not spend time with regularly. He often barks at Marcus on his visits, but Marcus does not let it bother him. He too is a dog owner and tells us he knows our pup is just letting him know that its his house. I often go and and talk with Marcus when he is here and we have a great relationship.

We have been using Phenomepool and spa services for at least 10 years now. We moved three times with three different pools! They have provided continual maintenance and several repairs for all of them. Our pool guy, Bob, is absolutely awesome. He has been working with us for about 5 years (might be more than that)! He has exceptional knowledge on all the equipment and is 100% reliable. The business is run and staffed by real professionals that are all-around solid, cool people. I highly recommend them!
