I have been using Jasen with As Good As It Gets as long as I've been managing property, over 10 years now! This is a family-owned and operated company, and they genuinely care about their customers. I have not once received a complaint from any property owner or tenant. Our company manages over 500 properties, and we only use As Good As It Gets for window cleaning. Jasen will take the time to let us know of any broken screens he comes across, issues with windows locking, etc., whereas most other vendors wouldn't even waste their time with relaying that type of information. I should also note I use Jasen on my own homes as well. Their pricing is always reasonable, fair, and consistent! Adina will do her very best with scheduling and try to work within time constraints. She handles our "must have this done this right away!" jobs with ease. I recommend them every time, to everyone I know.
