Smooth from start to finish. Used the website and requested a quote. Set-up the date, they let me know what to expect and what to do for their arrival. Communication was great with them. When they arrived, they went back over what they were going to do and knocked out pretty quickly. Very happy with how it turned out!!! Glass tile, salt water pool

Roark and his crew did a great job. They arrived early and stayed late to insure that the job site was cleaned up and the tile was looking great. I would highly recommend Roark to anyone who wants their pool to look like new again.

Tiles came out clean and tech was very courteous. There was a tremendous amount of fall out on the surrounding decks even after hosing them down. For the price, I would ask for a little more post work clean up. Maybe just blower it into the pool before vaccuming. Would recommend again though.

The psychopaths at CIF wouldn’t accept the gear that I just payed to get cleaned here.(the CIF cleaners did a great job) So I contacted the CIF cleaners again , and they cleaned my “dirty” gear a second time for FREE. The owner is very generous and has a flexible mindset . Don’t clean your gear yourself. it’s worth every dollar spent here

Honestly I can’t recommend anywhere better than this place to go get your IIF cleaned, If you think it’s sketchy trust me I was in the same boat but they certainly change my mind after hearing from all my buddies that went here as well, I can’t recommend it enough.It’s just like they say first try 99% guarantee brought my IIF to the 22 area turn in point first try no problems at all. Plus they also hooked it up with Gore-Tex bottoms since it wasn’t up to their standards the one that I turned in and that they cleaned. They went ahead and switched out my bottoms with new ones no problem with no extra charge and being an 1833 with gear covered in pols and nasty stuff, my total cost was $217. It would’ve been less minus the Gore-Tex top but still a good price if you think about it from having to drive from IIF back to your barracks having to clean whatever discrepancy is on your item in the long run you’re probably saving more money than actually having to go back-and-forth. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t usually write reviews but they certainly impressed me making me need to write them a review for how well of a job they did.

Checking out, EAS or PCS, is stressful enough. Utilizing this business will make your life 10 times easier, and if you're missing gear, save you money replacing what has been lost. Your gear comes out so clean the people at CIF barely have to check it.

Clean amazingly. Gear smelled amazing, good pricing especially if you're not going to clean it yourself. Just make sure you mark everything on the list especially if its attached to your flak. Some things didn't get marked (my fault) and don't have now. Great service though

Professional from start to finish. Great pricing, and no hassle. Gear was given back clean and ready for turn in. Nothing was turned back over to me at IFF when I did my turn in, and check out sheet got stamped same day! I highly recommend this place.

Wow- this place is GREAT. They were all super professional and friendly. They cleaned my entire CIF issue and it all came out like new (my gear was dirrrr-ty). Had zero issues turning it in. Turn-around was pretty quick and their prices are very reasonable. Highly, highly recommend this place!
