The tile pool cleaner person was very nice but wore no mask. Unfortunately, the cleaning moved a few of the tiles and now the waterfall from the spa to the pool is not flowing correctly and some of the beauty of the cascade is definitely lost.

Very efficient responses and quick service. On time! They knocked off a few pool tiles and didn't find them until cleaning the media out of the bottom and I had to push them to clean those before they left. They blew the media all over the yard and patio with a blower. It got it everywhere. They pressure washed the pool deck, but it remained on my patio furniture, lawn, tree trunks patio floor. Disappointing they didn't blow it back into the pool instead.
