It's like we have a new house! Brenden did an excellent job. I've had several companies refuse the job once they come out and see that we have 25ft high second story windows. They have never been this clean! He was very courteous and wore cloth booties inside, wiped down every sill, cleaned the screens and replaced everything exactly as he found it (except for the DIRT!) I took a stack of cards to recommend Scenic Shine to everyone I know, so if you are thinking about hiring someone to clean your windows, you'd better act fast. He's about to get REALLY BUSY!

Excellent work. Brenden did a wonderful job cleaning our windows and screens. He was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He also did a great job re-screening a few of our screens that had disintegrated over time.

His rates are reasonable too. We will be calling Scenic Shine Window Cleaning again.

Legit. We have 999 windows (you get the drift) and he cleaned them, the screens and yes, the sills. No matter how badly you want to say to yourself pshht, I can do that. No, actually it’s better with Scenic Shine. You think blasting off the dust off your solar panels will do the trick - no it doesn’t; because I too tried that. But Brenden does. Brenden cleaned our panels, our skylights/screens windows and wait .. he cleaned everything so well, my kids (who are not kids) - thought we got new screens. And yes, all the reviews are real.

Brenden did an amazing job! Not only did he take his time cleaning the windows, but he also thoroughly cleaned all of our screens too! He was on time and super professional, and just an absolute joy to work with! Price wise, he came in lower than our other quotes too. So happy that we finally found our window person and we look forward to continuing to work with him!

Driven by owner Jeremy, they are extremely quick and efficient from your first call to your invoice. I think he uses google earth to review your property and can put together a quote based upon that. I wish more companies would do that. The service was quickly scheduled, the gentleman arrived on time and cleaned everything beautifully. Invoice came thru and was laid online. Just a great experience.

The company made everything easy. We had a lettter from our insurance company that they would be canceling our policy because of Algae/blacks spots on the cement tiles. After we submitted the packet we received from Washed Out Pressure shock included an invoice, copy of their license & before/after pictures. The pictures were presented side by side which made it very easy to see the wonderful work they did on our roof our insurance company reconsidered and approved our coverage!

Highly recommend Washed Out Pressure Washing! I got quotes from four companies, and I loved how easy it is to get a quote for the exact services you want on their website. On the day of our appointment, two people arrived on time and ready to clean. We power washed our entire house, windows and backyard. I was super impressed how well they did getting the stains from the recent storms from our concrete in the backyard. Highly recommend their service :)

Called Washed Out Pressure Washing to clean our concrete tile roof. Our insurance company was claiming the dirt and minor algae growth was a hazard and were going to drop us. Jeremy provided a great estimate. Communication was great. Johnny and Steve were the technicians. They were right on time, did a great job, and took before and after photos. Super nice guys.
