Jeremy, the owner, quickly responded to my questions and Matt, the individual who performed the service, was professional and had 12 years of experience. They also offer what I think is a superior service of actually getting on the roof and using a pressure steam cleaner to do the job vs. other companies that spray cleaner(s) on your roof from ladders.

Johnny showed up on time, was very professional and worked magic on our front & back patios. Would highly recommend Washed Out Pressure Washing!

Love this company! They came out and did 4 properties for me. Price is very reasonable compared to others in the field. Extremely happy with the outcome. Jeremy is very professional and super nice guy to work with.

I had my 40 yr old Spanish Tile roof redone using the same tiles which are very fragile. The dust was horrendous and my home needed power washing top to bottom, roof, walls, solar, as well as windows. First time power washing ever done. I went online, found Washed Out Pressure Washing that appeared to be the best. Getting a quote was simple and quick. Scheduled quickly, too. Guys did a GREAT job and were an amazing team! They couldn't do the solar panels because there was no access except on the tiles which were too fragile. When the job was done, the team conveyed to Jeremy, the owner, what happened with the solar. Even though I had contracted to have the solar done as part of the work, Jeremy deducted that amount from the bill without my asking. My note to him was about the honesty of his company and team:

We were STRESSED when we found out our homeowner's insurance policy was about to be cancelled due to the condition of our roof. After scouring the internet and reading many, many reviews, we chose Washed Out Pressure Washing to come out and clean our roof. Making the appointment was easy and Jeremy was very responsive and friendly in helping us. They did a fantastic job cleaning not only the roof but parts of our stucco that was stained as well. They provided us with before and after photos to send to our insurance company and we are happy to say that we got our policy renewed! We highly recommend this company and have already recommended them to our family and friends.

My home insurer indicated it did not intend to renew my policy because of alleged mold and mildew on my roof tiles. I contacted Jeremy and he was able to get someone out within a week. The work was done timely and well, with Jeremy sending before and after pictures to provide to my insurer. Ultimately, my insurer agreed to renew after seeing the completed work. I appreciate the quality, professional work that was done.

Washed Out completed a roof tile cleaning on my house as requested by the insurance company for coverage renewal. They did an awesome job! Very clean up top and down below. I have added them as a verified vendor for my business! Thier communication is top notch!!

Jeremy and his crew were lovely to deal with and they did a great job cleaning our roof, which looked brand new when they were done. It is a messy job though so if you have this service done be prepared for your windows and any ground surfaces around your home to be pretty dirty. They did do their best to clean off a lot of the dreck that came off the roof but it took additional cleaning by me afterwards to get it back to the level of clean that we had before the service took place. It's just a very messy process so set your expectations.

One of the few companies I contacted that was interested in doing a partial power wash (i.e. only part of the house and roof) which saved a lot of money.
They did a great job removing the fungus on the stucco and roof. Looks great!

Washed 40 years of grime, etc. off our concrete flat tile roof. Roof looks like new. Kyle did a great job. They were recommended to us by our roofer TWM Roofing.

What a wonderful company. There is great communication and reasonable prices! We had our roof tiles pressured washed and the finished job was outstanding! The tiles looked like they were brand new. The clean up around the house was excellent! We highly recommend this company!!

Jeremy and team at Washed Out were amazing. I had received an insurance cancellation due to “mold on roof tiles”. Jeremy’s team took before and after pics, inspected the tiles and put everything together to make it easy to submit to the insurance company. The whole process from start to finish (time of initial contact to completion if the job) took about 1 week, and 4 days later, my non-renewal was rescinded. They were on time, clean, and courteous. And did a fabulous job. I would 1000% recommend them (and will).

We just absolutely loved working with Washed Out! They advertise in our community newsletter, which is how we found them, and when our insurance company sent us a letter coming up with some reason to drop us because of our roof growing “algae and moss,” we snapped into action and hired Washed Out to help. From the initial interaction all the way until the delivery of services, including a thorough report describing what job was done (including amazing before/after photos!), this was the most positive experience imaginable for any company, not just one that provides power washing services. The owner, Jeremy, was incredibly professional, courteous and responsive. He put our minds at ease saying he could help and explained what his experience was with dealing with insurance companies in the area through his other clients, as well as what he could do to help us try to reinstate our policy. The tech, Kyle, was equally amazing. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned our roof, provided updates throughout, spoke with our neighbor to let them know what’s happening and how he would clean up any mess he made during the day. Jeremy then provided the report with all the information we needed shortly after Kyle completed the services. We used that report and were able to reinstate our homeowner’s insurance policy! Owner Jeremy is a gentleman professional. Pressure Washing Co. did a good job of our house roof cleaning and his crew were gentle and cooperative, taking all precautions, especially diverting cleaning water to plants and garden. Environmentally very conscious people.
