The team arrived on time, performed the roof washing and clean up. The owner Jeremy was great to work with, however His team did break several roof tiles and repaired most but not all. Jeremy indicated he would come back to repair the tile. Once this occurs, I will be happen update this review.

Excellent customer service, super responsive to my questions, thorough work, with great attention to detail. The crew was amazing, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my roof and gazebo tiles. They also cleaned the entire house’s stucco, walkways, windows and screens. Commendable work ethic and I highly recommend them.

I fix and flip houses here in San Diego, and I had never worked on a home with a red tile roof. I had looked into having the roof painted ($3500-$4000) because I thought it was beyond cleaning. Then we noticed a Washed Out Pressure Washing truck in the neighborhood and how they'd transformed the roof! I called right away and they were able to come come out within a few days. The roof looks amazing (and they also power washed the stucco)! No need to paint now. All our neighbors are asking how they can get their roof to look this good. I've attached my before and after pictures as well. I highly recommend Washed Out Pressure Washing and will be using them again.

I recently hired Washed Out Pressure Washing to clean the concrete tile roof of a rental in Oceanside. Jeremy found a way to slip me into his heavily-booked appointment schedule, after I told him that I was trying to comply with a request from my insurance company, which was threatening a non-renewal of my policy, after my being with them for 24 years.
I had tried doing the pressure wash myself, but found it dangerous and exhausting. After three days, I had only been able to wash one third of the roof. It became time to enlist the professionals!
Tony, from Washed Out, started cleaning the remaining 2/3rds of the roof at 3:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, he had completed the entire roof and washed down the surrounding walkways. Needless to say, I was very impressed. He didn't miss any areas, including the awkward tile edge caps. A real pro!

We have a larger home and not all of the roof needed power-washing to remove the algae & moss, but to make sure the roof looked uniform when complete and the house returned to "white", I convinced my wife to select the full package which also included washing the house and then DI cleaning of the windows and solar. Jeremy's team came with wands a blazin'. 3 rigs surrounded the house and up to the roof they went. The roof restored to near new appearance and house power-washed. The DI system wasn't working, so they sent a truck back the following day and did a little additional washing and then the windows. I call this guy the closer, but he was awesome!! We even tipped him a few bottles of wine for his attention to the details. Very satisfied with the final outcome. Not cheap, and definitely not the most expensive that we were quoted, but one of those maintenance costs that does get a little bit visual attention when you know what it looked like prior. In closing, we also appreciated that they pumped up the run-off from the job.

I needed my roof, house, windows, patio, and driveway, all power washed and solar panels cleaned.
I definitely wanted to be sure the contractors I picked knew what they were doing and started to feel I would have to use different companies for the roof and the house…then I found Washed Out!
It was super easy to get a quote online by designating the different areas I wanted washed. It was not inexpensive but I literally got a quote from another company that was twice as much…!
I made an appointment and the two contractors were prompt, efficient and got my whole house exterior sparkling clean!!!
I will definitely use them again!

I hire this company to go out and power wash the roof of one of my rentals not only were they able to get out there very quickly they did an amazing job and the price was so reasonable I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anybody that needs anything power washed. I'm a real estate agent and so many times people's whether it's the roof or the stucco around their house is dirty and it makes such a difference when showing the property if this is all clean. So I'm going to recommend it to all of my clients

Not such a great experience. Cleaned roof but left with broken tile that they glued to repair. Looks really bad. See pics.

Overall, had a great experience. They got back to me very quickly and followed up. Reasonable price. Scheduled it in a timely manner and did a great job with the roof cleaning and the house washing. Would use their services next time as well.

These guys not only do great pressure washing but also did a great job on our Christmas light installation. Jeremy is super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure things were done right and on time. Well done guys!

I recently had Washed Out Pressure Washing perform a roof cleaning of my patio. I selected them based on their stellar reviews. I originally intended to have my entire roof cleaned, but deferred that for now. When I mentioned to Jeremy that previous window washers (another company) had caused water to enter my home, he was most kind and understanding. I need to get my windows resealed. My issue, not theirs. He even agreed to do the smaller job of cleaning my patio roof! I greatly appreciate this, as this type of service is increasingly difficult to find. 5 stars!! The crew was careful, professional and did an extremely great job power washing our dirty roof. It had a moss build up over years. The roof looks brand new. I recommend this company 100%.

This is not the first time I have had my pool cleaned by San Diego Pool Tile Cleaning. The owner, the front office staff and the pool cleaners (three of them at the same time) are superb.
