We are pleased with the results! From the jump, Jimmy was responsive and easy to communicate with. He worked with my schedule, was prompt on the day of the service, and did an excellent job. Our floors look great! We will absolutely call Silver Olas for any future steam cleaning needs.

I have waited way too long to clean my tile (and it’s through my whole 3400 sq ft house). They fit us in quickly and showed up on time. The staff was very respectful of furnishings and they did a spectacular job!!! My floor, including the grout, looks like new so much so that I don’t even want to walk on it!!! They even did the showers that look awesome! I like that they are family owned. Don’t hesitate. Book it now!

Not only did Jimmy deliver outstanding customer service but he made a huge difference to the whole house with how much hard work he put into getting it cleaned and looking incredible! My office rugs needed a cleaning, I went online and checked a few company’s reviews! Olas Silver stood out. Contacted them through there online , was called by their Rep and made an appointment! Day of appointment they called for confirmation and again when they completed job early and offered to move up time for my job. Arrived and did a fantastic job! Great work for s good price and excellent communication! I highly recommend them for your carpet needs!

Jimmy Olas, the owner, was great at communicating when he’d be arriving, which was really appreciated as his previous appt went long…which happens for so many different reasons when assessing a clients request and then doing best by the client.

Our living room carpet had honestly been thru the wringer with heavy foot traffic and pet stains from an older dog but having the rug professionally cleaned was a great call as the colors in the rug popped again and it looks great right before the holidays.

Jimmy also cleaned two other items for us. We got such great service and a job well done, above and beyond.

Our travertine floors look amazing! Wish we had found Silver Olas earlier. Jimmy and his crew worked more than 10 hours on our floors, and they look brand new! We had estimates from other floor cleaning companies and Silver Olas was by far the most reasonable. Jimmy is responsive to texts, emails, and calls. You won't be disappointed.

I had this company come by and do some carpet cleaning and he did a superb job!! He was very responsive and professional, and most importantly, the carpet looked dramatically better. I had a carpet cleaning done a couple of years ago and the before and after was not nearly as dramatic as with Silver Olas. Highly recommend!

These guys are phenomenal! Had an extremely gnarly gross couch from 2 young dogs that love to bring our whole dirt backyard in along with saliva soaked toys. Truly wasn't expecting any miracles but Holy Sh*t!! The couch looks like the day we got it! And it took them less than hour:)

Excellent experience with Silver Olas Was able to get an appointment quickly, they were very receptive to whatever we wanted done and provided a detailed estimate. The carpet, rugs and upholstery turned out fantastic—I thought I was going to have to replace a couple of my rugs because they were so stained, but Silver Olas got them looking great. Work was done relatively quickly and I thought the price was very reasonable.

HIGHLY recommend Silver Olas for tile cleaning! Jimmy did an amazing job cleaning our floors and making them beautiful again. No matter how much we vacuumed and mopped, our feet were always black from walking around our home. Jimmy was able to clean all the residual dirt and make our floors look brand new again. And even with dogs and young children, they have STAYED CLEAN ever since! We are so happy with how clean and beautiful our floors look and will definitely refer them to everyone we know.

I had a great experience with Silver Olas. They were one of a few businesses who reached out promptly on Yelp with all the details. I wanted 1000sqft of unglazed porcelain tile to be thoroughly cleaned and sealed (grout+surface). My tile is relatively new (2 years old) but we didn't get a proper cleaning job after installation. It's a light sand color, so the stains can really stand out. There was a bit of grime buildup in heavy traffic areas, as well minor streaks of improperly applied grout sealer from the installation.

I was given a very fair quote and a description of the cleaning job as well as the type of sealer that would be used.
Jimmy showed up promptly on the day of the job. They used a couple of different scrubbing machines and worked systematically through the house. Everything was cleaned and sealed within 4 hrs. The tile now has a uniform tone and feels like brand new, no more splotches of old sealer nor dirt.

Silver Olas did an amazing job bringing our tile back to life. We just moved into a house with 25 year old light-colored tile and it needed some professional help. Silver Olas was able to work around our hectic moving schedule and get the job done when it worked best for us. Jimmy was super knowledgeable and even very friendly with our young kids who were interested in watching the process. In addition to cleaning and sealing all of our floor tile, Silver Olas also cleaned and sealed our natural stone shower and bathroom vanity. It looks better than I could have hoped for! All of the stains, discoloration, and dirt are completely gone and the tile looks like new everywhere. I wish I would have taken photos before the cleaning to show how big of a difference it made. I will definitely be calling Jimmy at Silver Olas again when it is time to have the floors cleaned again.

We are in the middle of a remodel, but kept our existing tile flooring but they were so dirty from construction dust - Silver Olas Cleaning came through and did the most incredible job cleaning and resealing our tile/grout and the floors look like NEW! We are so happy we kept them. We had one issue spot with grout in our shower that I asked Jimmy about and he came back the following week when he was in the area and went ahead and fixed it for us - THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Our neighbors have already used them for their tile floors and could not be happier as well. We will definitely be using them again for future cleanings and HIGHLY recommend their work and professionalism.
