They took full responsibility for the issues and addressed them professionally. My carpets have been re-cleaned as of now and they look and smell fantastic! Additionally, the damaged door is getting replaced today. Now, that's what I call excellent service recovery! Originally, I was quite disappointed. I had scheduled my carpet cleaning service online, only to receive a call on the day of the service stating that no one was available. After insisting, they were able to send out Cesar, albeit an hour later than my original appointment. Upon his arrival, Cesar informed me that the online quote I had received was incorrect and the actual cost was nearly double. To add to my frustration, a door in my home was damaged during the cleaning, and he had the nerve to note on the invoice that the door was already damaged before the cleaning service. Also, the carpets that were cleaned were hard and crunchy just a few hours after the service. The overall experience initially felt quite unsatisfactory and I was unsure about using this carpet cleaning service again. However, the follow-up from the Manager and Austin, from their prompt response to the re-cleaning of my carpets and the door replacement, has turned my initial negative experience in Oceanside into a positive one.
