Before they started cleaning, they explained what to expect and let us know that while the stain would improve a lot, it might not be completely gone. They got straight to work on the spot where the paint spilled, then went ahead and cleaned the rest of the room and hallway. The whole team was friendly, professional, and took great care of our home during the cleaning. Our carpets look and feel so much fresher now. Cesar was the one who came out, and he made everything easy from the first phone call. communication was always quick and helpful, and he answered every question i had. The cleaning equipment he used looked very advanced and worked wonders! There was a high-traffic spot i was worried about, but now you can’t even tell it was ever there. The carpets were almost dry by the time Cesar finished, and the process didn't leave them soaking wet like the old methods. The new cleaning system is really different and leaves the carpets looking fantastic. Cesar was very thorough and careful, making sure every step was done right and that i was happy with the results. Used Silver Olas to clean our entire house's carpet after moving out. They were able to remove all dog oder, cleaned all the dark spots on the carpet, and the old carpet looked amazing! Their 2 person team cleaned our 10’ sectional couch and ottoman today. It literally looks brand new! They did a great job on our carpets!!! Super friendly and very reliable; they actually showed up right on time. Our carpets were very dirty, but they look like new now (even after a couple of weeks). The carpet dried very fast as well, which made it more convenient than other cleaners have been in the past. I would definitely recommend Silver Olas to my friends and neighbors.

Jimmy and his team were amazing!!! I spoke with Jimmy on a Saturday and he gave me an estimate over the phone on Monday his team came out and did the estimate in person and it was cheaper then expected always am awesome deal. They did an amazing job on my tile floors and they made them look brand new I am so happy with their performance that I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed to have great service and a quality job.
