I just had my carpets cleaned and George did a fantastic job. He was so professional and honest. There is no need for me to look elsewhere...from here on out I will be using Monster Steamer Inc. and I will specifically be asking for George!!! As far as I my concerned George needs a promotion and raise for the outstanding job he did!!!

GREAT service, very reasonably priced, friendly, knowledgeable technician. We had Justin up to clean our area rugs and sofas and he was fantastic. Kind, considerate, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

We've been using Monster Steamer for several years now and they're the only carpet & upholstery cleaner we will use. 110% professional from scheduling an appointment, showing up on time, and doing a high quality cleaning job. The carpets and rugs always come out great. Don't waste your time with any other cleaning service.

I made the appointment on short notice and was glad to have them fill it so quickly. Ludo (the serviceman) was right on time, greeted me quite nicely, and proceeded to prep the work. As I am an information junkie, I asked him several questions and he was incredibly forthcoming about every aspect of the process, how carpet ages, what could and could not be done and why or why not. This to me is the big difference in service providers, and he was extremely helpful.

The end result was a very clean carpet and a great experience. I will use them again and would recommend Monster Steamer to anyone and everyone I know.

The job done on my 2 bedroom condo with living room was excellent with professional courtesy, top-quality vacuum system, and an eye for detail. Ludo charged a fair price for the job and did a thorough cleaning of all the carpeted area in my place returning it to new with minimal dry time since it was already 95% dried before he left.

I just got this done this morning, and I feel like I got my money's worth and then some. The difference in my carpet is night and day. We have a dog and a cat and a toddler, so I badly needed some maintenance cleaning done. I was expecting it to just look generally better, but he even got out stains I didn't bother to point out because I assumed they were permanent, having lived through a previous carpet cleaning. My service person, Erique, was incredibly professional and helpful, and let me know about some additional services I hadn't thought about for our hard floors that I'll definitely be looking into. I will absolutely use this company again.

I have had some rough experiences with other carpet cleaning companies but I am so happy that I called Monster Steamer. It is not only a family owned business but the service was great and the carpet cleaning was just perfect. Ludo arrived on time prepared and left the carpet in my condo feeling clean and it didn't take long to dry. The last company I used left my carpet so wet that it took days for it to dry and it didn't really feel clean. Ludo was also very knowledgeable about carpet and gave me some tips as well. I have used all the large chains which are mostly mediocre and am very happy to have found these guys. Don't even call anyone else. Very fair pricing (no ridiculous minimums if you have a smaller space) and you will be happy with the results!

Responsive, speedy, and on-time. Booking process was easy and prices are reasonable. Very nice techs; they worked hard on a hot day. My carpets look great, and they even gave me tips on stain removal.
I'd recommend declining the deodorizer, as it's a bit overpowering.

They are great about sending reminder of appointment times. They arrived on a timely basis and worked really hard to get our carpets clean. The stairs looked brand new and they worked to get the dark stains from where the wall meets the carpet (the really hard to reach areas). Overall, really happy with their service. The carpet does stay wet for at least a good day or so, but well worth it.

Had a great experience with Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning. The pricing they provided me was clear and I appreciated the communication between the company as well as with the service technician, David. David was outstanding! Personable, efficient and provided a great service. I would recommend Monster to anyone who is in need of their services.

Insanely good, Ludo came into our business because we were getting quotes to replace a commercial carpet. Figured I give a cleaner a shot, he absolutely killed it. Saved us 90% vs replacement, will use in the future for maintenance. Incredible difference vs DIY solutions.

We have used them twice. I really liked our tech, who was so friendly and worked hard. The second time we used them was for a couch and rocking chair cleaning, both of which had some stains.

When the tech left everything looked new - maybe better than new - but in the months that have followed the stains have gradually returned in exactly the same spots. At first I didn’t believe it was happening, but now they are impossible to ignore. I guess whatever chemicals they used to treat the stains masked them rather than cleaned them, so the results were only temporary. And the frustrating part is now I look at the stains and feel doubly annoyed, both for the stain itself and the cleaning that didn’t work.

We would not use this service again, which is disappointing because we thought we had really found a gem.

Rarely ever write reviews but here we go:
Scheduled an appointment for a carpet cleaning. Expectation of arrival was between 1-4 pm. Nobody showed up in that timeframe so I called, nice receptionist said the tech would call me soon with ETA on arrival. Nobody called in an hour so I called back in which I was told a supervisor would call me. Waited another half hour with no calls. Called back two more times and got hung up on twice when I tried to inquire about what is going on. Weirdest customer service I’ve had to deal with and I still had no one show up to clean my carpets. Not sure what is going on with this place but this has been a really frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
