I'm currently dealing with issues with my kitchen sink, but Austin and Cesar ingeniously connected their equipment to the outdoor faucet, and everything worked perfectly in Oceanside. Let me start off by saying the whole experience was a bit uncomfortable, and odd. Me and my wife ordered a carpet cleaning service on Wednesday for $75 for the work to be done Sunday at 10am. We called to get an update at around 9am sunday and they couldn't even give us an update. Later around 3 the gentleman showed up unannounced and his demeanor was a bit weird and off. He told us it was gonna be $200 after looking at the room and it's a room thats 12' x 12' with two beds in it that couldn't be moved. He came inside and asked if he could leave his pizza in our fridge we said that was fine. He was done within 10-15 min and left the whole carpet soaking wet and he left. Our fault for not inspecting or noticing but we were in a rush all day. We called him back after noticing it was too wet and he said it was on us to clean it up and dry it with our own towels. We live in oceanside, so if your in oceanside please stay far away from this company so you don't have to deal with the headache of having to do the work he should've provided for your hard earned money.

i never know where i’ll be next, but today something wonderful happened at a small church i help in oceanside. a few weeks back, i saw the carpets really needed a good cleaning, so i arranged everything. this morning, i met austin from always rug & upholstery cleaning to get started. we were surprised to find the water was off at the church, but the neighbors kindly let us use their hose so austin could still clean all the carpets. austin was so patient and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. the carpets look great now! this is definitely the company i’ll call for carpet cleaning.
