Silver Olas Carpet provided a fantastic experience and service. They helped save and restore my carpet that I thought would need to be replaced. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so!

This was the first time we had Silver Olas, clean our floors. We are ecstatic with cleaning our wood floor , carpets, steps and cleaning our porcelain floors, grout and resealing the porcelain and grout. It the best floor cleaning company we had in 25 years! The porcelain tile is restored to its original lovely color! All the floors are very clean! Jimmy and Sam were courteous and worked so hard! Even used a tooth brush style cleaning tool for cleaning next to base boards! All furniture was placed back in the correct spot! We highly recommend Silver Olas and staff for your carpet / floor cleaning! Margie and Steve

My family relocated from the Bay Area right before Covid. Jimmy and his wife cleaned our travertine and grout, it was so beautiful. I’ve had my carpets cleaned every year by his team. They are always on time, friendly and protective of your space. This year I had our outdoor cushions cleaned along with our indoor sectional. Best money ever spent!

I was extremely happy with the results of this company cleaning my tile floors. the grout was completely black in some spaces they got it all cleaned back to the natural color and I also added another small job while they were there and they were totally cooperative in taking care of it for me. I totally recommend them

I was slow to hire any company, as I had contacted many and they all related they could do a great job, but you just don't know until you know.
After combing the field I settled on this company because the rep had a ring of sincerity in his voice. We care for many properties, and our long time great floor cleaning company fellow has retired, so we are so happy we found Silver Olas and we hope they are in business for a long time, so we don't have to search the field again anytime soon.

Silver Olas was great! I needed someone to come and clean our carpets quickly and they came early the next morning. They did a fabulous job. I was so impressed that I asked them to come again and clean the tile/grout in our bathroom and they responded quickly and were able to come the next day. They did a wonderful job on the bathroom as well. I highly recommend them!

We’ve been using Silver Olas for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work. The two-man crew arrived promptly and did a terrific job of getting all of our carpets and rugs cleaned, all the while mindful of and accommodating our two skittish cats. They are the company we will use again and I highly recommend their services.

Jimmys crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning all our carpets. Their pricing was fair and they were careful not to damage walls or our flooring with their equipment. We’ve used them twice now and will again.

Silver Olas did a good job of cleaning our carpets. A couple of weeks later I had them come & steam clean our bathroom & laundry room floors. They came out great. The only problem I had was with scheduling appts.

We our a real estate brokerage that frequently calls on Silver Olas to clean carpets and floors at many of our rentals. They do an excellent job getting out tough stains on carpets. They also clean hard floors well. Silver Olas is easy to get a hold of, they have competitive pricing and book appts is a breeze. They also communicate well and are punctual. We highly recommend Silver Olas!

Jimmy did a great job cleaning our carpets and rug, very professional. He was punctual and very responsive from the get go of me inquiring on services offered. Carpets and area rug dried the same day. I highly recommend Silver Olas, we will for sure use their services again.

Jimmy and his crew did. A great job of cleaning the carpets in my master bedroom and closet as well as cleaning tile floors throughout the house. I had another company clean the carpets earlier this year and Silver Olas is so much better and more thorough. I’ve used them before and they will be the only one I will use in the future.

Replied to my estimate request very quickly, was able to set appt that worked for our schedule. I had to reschedule due to family injury, was no problem and he was so understanding about the delay. They arrived right on time, were there the amount of time they gave me, and the total for service was very close to the estimate given. Carpets are very clean and smell great! They were a little damp for a while but was able to put fans around and dried somewhat quickly.

Silver Olas did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I had many stains left by 2 dogs and a cat. They got rid of all of them! I have used them for a long time on my floor (Mexican pavers)on which they do a great job. Will now continue to have them do my floors and carpet! Very nice family business.

It has been on my To Do list forever to write this review for Silver Olas — I wanted to make sure to sing their praises! Jimmy and David were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning the tile floors in the home we are renting. We had them cleaned when we first moved in and the result was awesome. I had also asked them to clean the grout of our white tile countertops and Jimmy advised that they wouldn’t look much different once cleaned, so he saved us from spending the extra money. I would 100% recommend their services!

I saw the good reviews for Silver Olas, gave them a call, easy to schedule. The crew arrived on time, my carpet looks amazing. Dried pretty quickly also. Will use again and I highly recommend
