Don does a great job! Usually very busy but figures out a way to get you taken care of...

We just called Aspen for a problem with our AC. They were at our door within an hour and promptly and courteously made the necessary repairs to our unit. I would highly recommend them.

He never showed up. I called on Monday and he said he would be onsite that day or the next. I called again on Wednesday and left a message with two phone numbers and the address in case he lost it. I haven't recieved a call or a visit in over a week and a half.

Don was great, Couldn't ask for more. He had a cancellation so gave me same day service. Everything is working well Highly recommended

Professional, ethical, realistic and honest. Spent time with us on the phone answering questions. He gave us practical advice and tried to save us money. He asked us to consider the big picture and was honest about the outcomes because of other factors we had not considered.

Despite a very busy schedule (a good sign in itself), Don from Aspen HVAC made an after hours call to service a wall heater that had failed. Something we needed to keep a toddler warm at night. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, explained everything he was doing and the price was right.

I visited the AC Pro Oceanside location for the first time today. The staff of the Big Dog, Wizard, and Alonso (the real one) is second to none. Can't say enough about the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and the restrooms. Great job guys, AC Pro does it again!

I've been in the HVAC Trade for over 18 years and the A/C Pro Oceanside Branch is the best run supply house I have ever done business with. I have accounts at several other competitors of A/C Pro and I've also been to other A/C Pro locations such as Escondido, Poway, El Cajon, Anaheim, Laguna and Riverside, but not a single one of the other A/C Pro stores or competitor stores gets it done like the Oceanside Branch. The manager Dave Llamas takes a hands on approach to doing business and gets the job done better than anyone else. They not only check their equipment for any shipping damage before it leaves the store, but I am always greeted in a fashion that makes me want to do business with this store. Dave always asks what he can get for us whereas the other A/C Pro stores are ran more like a Home Depot, if you need help you have to ask for it. This store just received a delivery truck today and now they will be able to handle some needs my company has such as delivering bigger commercial units and curbs. I will always do business with Dave and A/C Pro of Oceanside.

I've been dealing with A/C Pro for over 5 Years now and I am really excited to have this new store open up down the street from our office. This is saving my entire team time and the company money. With this store being so close and Dave Llamas running it, I will be moving a bunch of my purchases to this company. A/C Pro always backs up what they say with quality service and on time delivery. As soon as this location gets a delivery truck they will be unstoppable. Thank you for everything from us at American Plumbing.

Great customer service Dave help me find a specific unit I was looking for took the hassle of me looking for it along with his team Alonzo helping me load up the unit onto my vehicle. I recommend stopping here and getting all your air conditioning products.
