Excellent service. Pedro went the extra mile for us, diagnosing the problem late in the day and getting the parts quickly. The repair was completed the next day by both Pedro and Lupe, earlier than expected.

Decided to call Airtime for their AC and Heating tune up special. Dylan and Brayton came out to my home, and were very thorough and polite. They explained all of the items they checked. They also noticed the insulation on my unit outside was tore up, and they took care of it as part of their service. (Hey, it’s the little details that count). Overall I had great service and will definitely be in touch with Airtime for any of my heating or AC needs in the future.

Pedro came by and thoroughly checked my heating system. He checked the attic and the vents too! He went above and beyond what I expected. I am going to join their membership plan so they can keep my heating and air in tip top shape. I'm so glad I found Air Time!

I like to be proactive with home maintenance, so I scheduled a winter check-up for my heating system .Pedro inspected the system and had some concerns so he called Manny , the technician to verify his findings on my 25 year old unit. They both took the time to explain clearly

Lupe and Nacho were amazing. They were professional and able to get our install done in a timely fashion without making a mess. Very happy to have new install and quick reliable service.

We had a running toilet and a potentially bursting turn off valve that was starting to leak; all bad things for a bathroom. Airtime plumbing was very thoughtful getting someone out quickly as I needed to go visit someone in the hospital. Frank arrived, assessed the situation and gave me three different Options. The quotes were reasonable and he fixed the valve and replaced all the innards in the toilet. I have a very old toilet, so Frank had the knowledge on how to rebuild some of the parts. Works like a charm now, no leaking. Definitely ask for Frank.

Francisco and CJ were the best! I had a sewer line problem that could have been catastrophic but they worked tirelessly to get everything perfect. Francisco was super patient with me and explained everything and all the options. Answered every question so I could really understand what was going on. I’d highly recommend these guys for whatever plumbing problems you have. They’re super knowledgeable and just really trustworthy guys.

Jay was very informant, explained that my ducts were leaking air, original from my house from the 1970s, my furnace is over 20 years old and thank God for Angel the technician he was awesome and great. Let me know everything unsafe about it, and with the explanation of Jay with no pressure I decided to replace my system. Looking forward to the install tomorrow

When my heater stopped warming the house and I have a 4-month-old, I called Airtime. They arrived within two hours and did an amazing job. Extremely professional and effective service.

Amazing service! Airtime came to our rescue after a Christmas Day disaster with a wayward dart. Nacho and Lupe provided excellent service during the installation of a whole new HVAC system. I highly recommend this company.

Airtime performed a seasonal furnace tuneup today. This was the first time using Airtime - I was very, very pleased with their service. It was professional, thorough and the Technician Angel was super!! Very pleased I used them and will drop the ‘other’ guys and use Airtime from now on!

My water heater failed on a busy day, and the concierge for my gated community was not answering the phone. I called the first specialist team that I could, and they were able to send someone out in 30 minutes. Wow! That's service. Too good to be true.

Technician came and was quite friendly, inspected the faulty unit, and told me that I needed a full system replacement. Nightmare scenario: a $3500 expense so close to the holidays. That's a whole paycheck, even for someone like me. I was not really suspicious of the suggestions to upsell for different units, but I suppose I should have been. When the technician suggested that I should purchase a water filtration system, I said that I could not afford it, but would keep them in mind once I had some funds set aside for home improvement.

After agreeing on a replacement plan, the concierge got back to me. They sent their technician to look at the SDGE gas line, to double check that they had not accidentally shut me off, and the concierge technician immediately identified the issue by sight and fixed my faulty unit in 10 minutes with nothing but a flathead screwdriver.

When I notified that technician that I needed to cancel, he became irate and hostile, without asking for the circumstances. At that point, I became suspicious, and looked up quotes for similar workmanship, finding that similar jobs tended to cost a maximum of $1400.

I'm not particularly interested in a continuing relationship with this company. It seems like they are a sales funnel, not really a repair shop.

Pedro and David are the best. Installed a brand new heater and gave my dogs a little love. Win-win! Professional, communicative, and they even kept it clean! No boot prints left on the hardwood floors. The best!

Great experience with this company. I had a rather difficult issue to troubleshoot and I was very impressed with the effort from Brandon C. He figured everything out and David Richardson did a fantastic job on the repairs. Will 100% use again if needed.

The entire crew were clean, friendly and professional. The installation (furnace and a/c) is excellent as you can see. They walked us through all of the operating procedures and all of our additional questions. And the price was affordable with generous warranties included. Brayton (pictured) is the man. Luciano, you need to give him a raise and promotion. I can highly recommend Airtime.

Angel and Jay came by to help with my HVAC unit that had stopped working. They quickly analyzed and discovered the problem. They gave me alternatives to address the problem (short-term vs long-term). I chose the short-term and they fixed it on the spot and everything is working great. These 2 were the best and I highly recommend them!
