We had a crack in our farmhouse ceramic sink, replaced with a stainless steel farmhouse. The issue was that we have a large granite countertop that we wanted to save. After many conversations and a few coming out to look at our situation, we were informed that there would be no guarantees of the granite cracking. When we talked to Veterans and what we were trying to accomplish, they offered to send out one of their more experienced employee’s too look at the job.

Josh Fuentes with Veterans came out and after many questions and answers, we were very happy with what he explained. Josh was very knowledgeable and polite which made us very comfortable with him doing the work. Josh and his apprentice, Gary showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They both were very polite, thoughtful and cleaning up afterwards. They took their time in removing the old sink and with a little extra time & care in putting in the new sink. Veterans Heating, Air Condition, Pluming & Electrical is a very Professional company and luck to have Josh Fuentes working for them. We will definitely use their services again!

Josh did an excellent plumbing job installing a new kitchen faucet; timely, courteous, knowledgeable and left a clean site. He explained clearly the problems involved and went to work. I couldn't be happier. It was definitely pricier than anticipated, resulting in about a $200+/hr tab, but sometimes that's the way it goes, thus the four stars! All in all a job well done.

The team installed 2 new AC systems (upstairs and downstairs) in September. They did a fantastic job. They are very competent, very customer-focused and their prices are fair and reasonable. I thought I had written a review at the time but I don’t see it. I’m writing today because of a 2nd visit from them. The other day I was up in my attic and I observed a transformer that was pretty hot. I thought the transformer was related to the AC. I called them just to get advice about this and they offered to come out in the interest of safety. Dave came out and did a safety checkup. As it turned out IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AC! The transformer was for powering my security system. I felt pretty embarrassed to have bothered them. But Dave made some changes that will make it safer. There was NO CHARGE for this visit! They addressed a concern that had nothing to do with their equipment or installation. They just were happy to make sure that their customer was safe and had peace of mind. This is a great company with a great culture.

I recently bought an older home in Escondido and hired Veterans Heating and Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical to service my water heater, heater/AC, and electrical. They are personable, respond quickly and take the time to answer my questions. When an outside electrical issue popped up shortly after, Arturo Pompa came right back out, he found the trigger immediately and had the power back on in minutes. Reliable, reasonable pricing, and professional. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough how wonderful this experience was.

Called yesterday for a service request in Oceanside as our furnace was setting off our carbon monoxide detectors at startup. William was able to come out the same day to do a diagnostic and determine that unfortunately, the unit needed to be replaced. Not surprising... considering it was from nineteen sixty four (literally).

Alfredo and his team were able to fit me in next day to install a new furnace in just a few hours. Besmir, Tyler, and Nacho were polite, professional and didn't leave a mess. They worked quickly and made sure to talk me through the process as things happened. Making sure I felt comfortable with the new unit, how to operate it, and what to expect with it starting up.

I'm very lucky that they were able to take care of us with such a quick turnaround time, the process was professional, informative, and most of all stress free.

10/10 would recommend!

The staff came today and were extremely friendly. The installation was very professional, and Beto and Nacho did an excellent job. Even with light rain, they completed the heat pump installation efficiently and with great attention to detail. It was genuinely fun talking with them, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They cleaned up very well after the job. There were a couple of small items left, and they’ve already confirmed they’ll come back another day to take care of them since their office is far away. I would highly recommend Beto and Nacho anytime.

Water main replacement from the street to the house, including house main, pressure regulator, piping through the garage and concrete repair. Not only were they early both days, but they were professional, clean and very patient when I was firing off questions during the process. I was so happy with their service, I opted to retain their annual service agreement for all routine services and have already scheduled appointments for additional electrical and plumbing issues. Great job! I would like to specifically applaude the work team members Matt, Gerardo, David and Pedro for their expert trademanship, along with Johnnie for his professionalism and leadership in his foreman/contract duties. Oh, we can't forget Alejandra for the behind the scenes work at dispatch/scheduling!

My AC went out of order. I needed a professional to fix it. I contacted these wonderful people! They gave me a great quote. Drake did the job quickly and was very courteous.

I scheduled a service call because my HVAC system was making strange noises. The technician carefully inspected both the furnace and AC components. He discovered a loose belt and replaced it along with a clogged filter. The system is now running smoothly and much quieter. I also appreciated how he took the time to explain simple maintenance steps I can do myself. The whole experience was professional and educational at the same time.

The service is friendly, honest and affordable. Jeremy fixed everything quickly and even gave great advice on servicing both systems!

What impressed me most was that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. They showed me the old part, explained why it failed, and gave me clear pricing upfront. The air conditioner was back to cooling in less than an hour. Their honesty and efficiency earned my trust completely.
