They replied promptly to my initial message, and sent a tech outthe next day. The field tech arrived in uniform & on time, was unflaghinly patient and polite. He both have me a "ball park" verbal estimate, and he office followed up with an email that included a more detailed, written quote.

Ruth was amazing! She helped me set up an appointment to fix my toilet in the guest bathroom and made everything so easy. I wasn’t even sure what was wrong at first, but she guided me every step of the way. The team was friendly, fast, and professional. My toilet is happy again and so am I! 100% I would recommend them for ANYTHING. I feel so slow after he showed me that it was just my thermostat being in reverse. He explained in depth what the problem was, how to repair at lowest cost and told me what to look out for after replacing it. 10/10 I recommend. I brought in Veterans H, AC, Plmb & Electrc to replace my water heater. They were simply excellent in every way. The cold water supply valve was initially immobile but they got it working. After discussing the age of the water heater plumbing, they decided to replace everything: all pipes, the stub outs, all water valves, gas lines, pressure relief tube, drip pan; everything. They even included a flexible gas supply line for my furnace having seen it was needed. All at no extra charge. I had contacted several companies to bid the project and Veterans was least expensive. They were extraordinarily competent and completed the job with "military precision.". Additionally, they were very personable yet always professional. I recommend Veterans most heartily.

We recently had the pleasure of using Veterans Heating and Air for a full HVAC system replacement with the addition of finally getting A/C in our home, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire experience, from the initial consultation to the final handshake, was exemplary.

The attention to detail was impressive; they ensured all piping connections were sealed correctly, the new units were positioned optimally, and they even tidied up their workspace completely before leaving each day.
What truly set them apart was the post-installation follow-up. They walked us through the operation of the new thermostat and system settings, ensuring we were comfortable with everything. The entire system is running perfectly, and is even more efficient than we could have imagined as that was one of our concerns with the cost of electricity. They are also incredibly quiet, we hear our neighbors (older) unit when ours is running as well.

William W. came to my home to asses my furnace issue. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment even though it was an older furnace and he presented professional and thorough. He was fabulous! I felt very confident in his assessment as he explained his findings to me. He provided me with an estimate for a new furnace and explained all options available. I appreciate him being forthcoming. After receiving the estimate from William, I purchased a new furnace. Installed that same week. Installer was great. William contacted me later to see if I was pleased with the service, and I was impressed. I will refer my neighbors to this company.

Josh was very informative and friendly. He went above and beyond to find out the problem with our plumbing issues and suggested solutions for those problems. He also showed us the video feed of why our plumbing was jacked up in the first place. He also cleaned up after himself which made myself and my daughter very happy. Josh was a pleasure to meet with and instilled trust through the knowledge and sound experience he proved to have.

Matthew Mackey went over and above when he responded to our call for help with a hot water heater that was not doing its job. Matthew researched it thoroughly and figured out a cost effective solution. We appreciated his honesty and integrity, not to mention a stellar work ethic. Will was excellent. Had an emergency repair on a hot weekend. Veterans got a tech out asap and he was very professional and fixed the system in no time for a quite reasonable cost. My go to HVAC guys now.

Wonderful company! They came out the next day after I called (and mind you I called later in the day) and they did an excellent job taking care of our mini dual wall systems that were covered in mold. They cleaned it up beautifully and didn’t take all day to do both of them. I appreciate all the time and effort they took to work with us and would absolutely be working with them again. Cannot recommend enough 🙌🏻

I’ve had great experiences with Veterans! This most recent time Josh did a great job fixing our plumbing issue in the shower. It wasn’t draining properly and he fixed it quickly and efficiently! He was also very kind and informative. Highly recommend this company :)

I unconditionally recommend them for your new HVAC installation. And by the way, their costs were significantly less than my first bid, which I really appreciated.

My a/c has been on its last leg for a couple years, so I'd gotten other quotes. But last month my heater stopped blowing warm air. I called Veterans Heating & Cooling to get it checked out. My HVAC is 23 years old, and thought maybe a quick fix would buy me a little more time. Javier came out and was optimistic about being able to patch it all up. He took pictures of problem areas, explained what needed to be done and gave me quotes. He was very knowledgeable and considerate (and showed up on time). Realistically, I'd already prepared myself to get a new, efficient system, so he put me in touch with Will who assessed the units and ducting and gave me a bunch of options and recommendations that met my needs according to my usage and tax breaks. His explanations were very clear and he was very responsive over the next couple days to answer questions about the process and financing. Very helpful, not a slick salesman (did not try to upsell).

Installation Lead, Alfonso, came out the day before scheduled installation to assess the situation. He was very respectful and answered all my questions. Besmir and Berto and Alfonso were out the next day, right on time. Worked very efficiently, minimizing any intrusion (my son had an video job interview in the afternoon that they worked around). They were quick, tidy and made sure everything was working and that I understood the new interface before departing.

Overall, a very positive experience. I'm glad I chose them and am happy to support a veteran-owned local business. Thanks guys!
