Very happy with a 3 zone mini split install. We chose the new Quilt equipment and things went mostly smoothly. We had to iterate on the design a bit, which is completely expected. Crew was professional and friendly. Would use Veterans again.

We had 2 other companies evaluate our AC problem. One did not get back to us, the other proposed a very expensive solution. These guys offered a simpler and less expensive solution. On follow up, their solution fixed the problem and saved us a lot of money.

Patrick Brown was terrific. He worked so hard on our shower hardware which is very old. Great person and personality too!

David and Patrick came out to investigate a leak in my water heater today. They informed me that, unfortunately, it needed to be replaced, which I kind of knew that before they even told me. So, I told them to go ahead and replace it, especially since their company gives discounts to veterans. They were very professional and knowledgeable, especially Patrick, who is also a veteran. They answered all of my questions and did a fabulous job installing my new water heater. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to complete the install and also clean up any mess that was made. I am very glad that I called Veterans Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I would highly recommend them if you need a new water heater, especially if you’re a vet because the discount really helps, especially now that everything is so expensive since the pandemic. They definitely deserve and earned 5 STARS from me!!!

Javier did a thorough investigation of our furnace and found the problem. He was fast, efficient and took the time to explain the problems in a way that I understood. Great service technician and very kind. Thanks again!

WOW wow wow. We waited 4 years to install an AC because we always felt like companies weren’t being honest. We finally bit the bullet with veterans and it was a wonderful experience. From start to finish they were patient and honest. Never trying to upsell us on anything. The crew was timely, professional and respectful and kind. I cannot say enough good things

I wanted to say thanks to our tech Josh Fuentes and Veterans Heating and AC. Our Property management team sent Josh out because we had 2 bathrooms backing up and air bubbles coming through our toilet when we ran the showers. He was great talking us through the process, snaking, explaining what he found and got us back up and running. He clean up and everything went well. Veterans sent the tech quickly, their team contacted me by phone, text me the name of the tech assigned, and also texted when he was on his way and when he arrived. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

Josh was fantastic, knowledgeable, and honest. My concern with my shower turned out to be just fine. Another plumber told me different. Highly recommended!
