I called on Friday afternoon, but there plumbers were booked all weekend. I asked them to call me if anything opened up in their schedule and luckily they did. Their technician named Jose listened to my concerns and looked at the documentation from the previous plumber, then provided me with options for fixing my issue. Jose is a knowledgeable plumber and provided excellent customer service.

Called Thompson plumbing for an issue I had while changing out my shower valve. Thomas plumbing sent technician Jose Reyes within one hour. Jose promptly diagnosed the issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Once I accepted the quote he went to work and completed the job in a timely manner, Jose did a great job. Very satisfied

I needed to get some pipes replaced prior to getting a new washer and dryer installed. I reached out to Thompson Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. They were able to schedule an appointment promptly the following day. One thing I appreciated was that they sent a text message prior to the appointment with a name and photo of the technician that was going to arrive. Jose arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. I also appreciated that he offered to put on boot covers before stepping into our home. Jose took a few minutes to evaluate our problem and then provided an estimate of our different options. He was very thorough in explaining the different options and timeframes of completion. I was delighted to hear that the more cost effective option was something that we were able to complete the same day! Jose had to run out to grab some parts but came back and promptly completed the job. After completion, he explained the results and ensured I was satisfied with the job. From start to finish, Jose was personable and professional. As long as Jose is around, you’ve won over a customer for life! After the appointment, Rachel from TPHAC reached out to ensure I was happy with the service. From initial contact all the way to exit, TPHAC was fantastic!

Jose was our tech to address a clogged kitchen sink. Jose assessed the narrow piping and removed the first pipe to reveal all food that accumulated (pasta). 😬
He cleaned the pipes and disposed of the waste. Jose was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Many thanks to him and Thompson Plumbing for excellent customer service!!

With our 32 year old furnace showing its age we began looking for the right Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning firm for assistance.

While all companies that were contacted seemed competent and deserving, we felt the entire package of value, quality, professionalism (and yes, price) was with Thompson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

Our primary contact was with their quote technician Ty Joao, whose many years of actual installments and recent 4 years with Thompson in this role proved invaluable. His visit to assess our needs was not only helpful and instructive, but it gave us the response from Thompson we were looking for. Ty brought this key quality to his assessment of our needs - that he was there to represent us and the needs of our home back to Thompson for the work to be done. His courtesy, attention and professionalism were all a part of his contribution. After one follow-up meeting to finalize the details of the project we were scheduled for the installation within a week.

Our Thompson installation team - Arturo Zamudio and Mark Reed - arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The degree of detail and knowledge required for this process became evident throughout that day. Arturo and Mark worked together like a surgical team for over 3 hours - each handling separate tasks key to the overall installation as they completed the replacement of our furnace linked to our A/C system. It was impressive to watch the process proceed flawlessly from start to finish, and noteworthy that not so much as 10 minutes time seemed to be lost to distractions of any sort through the entire process.

Art and Mark continued to display the courtesy knowledge and professionalism that Ty brought to the process, and wrapped up the day with a thorough cleaning of our home, and instruction on operating our new thermostat and furnace.
