I used American Plumbing for both a plumbing inspection as well as to come out to inspect the AC/Heater. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from David for Plumbing and Nick for the Heating/AC. Both were very friendly, professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again.

Andrew was awesome when it came to repairing our AC. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our Capacitor went out and he immediately ordered parts and checked our refrigerant levels along with replacing filter. Highly recommend Andrew for any AC matters. He SAVED the day! Anita is very nice and friendly over the phone, She was able to schedule me with the soonest appointment that worked with my schedule along with notifying me when Andrew was on his way. Woke up with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. Called one company and they wouldn’t be out there for another week. Called American and had someone out within the hour. David was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed our leak. He actually found another one that he repaired also, I would use this company again.

I was not at my house when I was notified by the company that supplies our soft water that the pressure in the house was very high. I called a plumber from a different company and met him at the house yesterday. He told me the cost of the pressure relied valve would be $400, just for the valve itself! That's quite a markup for a valve that I could get for $115. In addition, the total price was very, very high. That ended my contact with that plumber. I called American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning after I checked out their site. They had excellent reviews and are local. They scheduled a plumber to my house the next morning. I was quoted a very reasonable price to have the pressure relied valve, water shut off valve, and a hose bib installed. The plumbers were professional and friendly. The office staff was excellent as well, very friendly, and set up an appointment right away. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. Sign me, a satisfied customer.

Jessie and Marcus did a great job, got finished on schedule and cleaned up the whole area. I am very pleased with their work and will recommend you whenever possible.

Dave came out to my home he was very nice and professional he did his best to keep the cost down as much as he could for us. hey you know plumbing its costly no matter what but they and he were fair to us had our new faucet and pressure valves and hoses all done in like a Hour. He cleaned up his mess made sure no leaks were there and gave me a quote for another job of replacing my shower later im very pleased with the outcome and you should call them for your plumbing needs Thanks Dave

Really excellent service! David just finished installing a new hot water heater. It took less than 4 hours from the time I called and spoke to Wendy this morning, who connected me with Jessie, the owner. I told him what price we wanted to pay for a new water heater after I researched prices online. Within 1 hour, he sent David to our house. He looked at our old leaking water heater, checked the valves and hoses, and gave us a very reasonable price quote on the spot. He was back within 1 hour with all the new parts and had it installed and ready to go in just over another hour. Fast, efficient and friendly. So pleased and grateful.

The tech arrived earlier than scheduled time which is normally unusual for these type of service calls. He conducted a thorough inspection and explained the problem, fixes and options. The repair was completed as explained and left contact information in case unexpected problems occurred.

Great team of plumbers that installed my system at our customers residence. Everyone on the job really knows plumbing. All clean during and after the project. Even soldering copper close to inside garage wall with no burn marks on the walls. Great company. From the scheduling in the office with Marta all the way to the technicians on site.

Our 20-year old furnace was acting up, and American Plumbing, Heating, and Air sent someone out quickly. James was very friendly when he looked at it and recommended a new one. Price and time to install were clear, and there were no surprises. James and Ozzie were very friendly and professional when they installed the new unit. They were very efficient and wore masks the whole time. Very good experience and we'll call them again!

We had plumbing issues at THE worst time, Friday after 5pm! We had a leak coming from the toilet in our only bathroom. We called 4 plumbing companies and the only one that got back to us that evening was American Plumbing. They offered to come out that evening but Saturday morning was best for us and we were their first appointment! Ozzie Garcia was the technician that came out and he was great! Then Sunday afternoon we had an issue with our main water line and again, American Plumbing and Ozzie Garcia came to our rescue!!

Both times they called back in a timely manner and took care of our plumbing issues right away. Ozzie is professional, courteous, timely and has great customer service!! I will ALWAYS use them for my plumbing needs and refer them to friends and family!

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I’m motivated! American plumbing not only we’re extremely polite and profesional, they did a great job. From dispatch to technician to fixing our problem, all in all a great experience and the best price out there. We had AC issues with this extreme hear and to top it all off the drains clogged at the same time. They fixed everything and while they were here we changed all of our valves under every sink, now water flows like it should. 100% recommended, you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to technician Jessie, he’s tha bomb and as knowledgeable as it gets.

We had a clogged sewer pipe. Jessie was informative and took the time to explain everything to me and also answer all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

The plumber did not fix the problem with the shower hot water system. I believe there's a blockage in the filter. He fixed the sink filter and said that it should do the job. It DIDNT fix the problem he was sent here to take care of.

Our 24 year old AC went out, and I called American Plumbing.
Jessie came to the House the next day, and a new HVAC was ordered. A week later Andrew and Ruben arrived and installed the system in one day. They were quick and professional. I had many questions about the 2-stage system and the variable fan speed. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and answered them to my satisfaction. We had one hick up, do to a faulty propane tank regulator. The heater and the smart thermostat are working great. The First Lady is happy and so am I. From the personal in the front office to the technician's they were friendly and efficient.

Betty dispatch courteous and informative, David Peralta service was top notch and on time and professional. Only concern is being able to get an invoice for tankless water unit so I can use for my taxes and rebate. I requested was told might not be able to provide which is a big deal for me.

We have used American Plumbing H/AC for 8 years. They have installed a new A/C, bathroom fixtures, toilet repairs, sink faucets and a dishwasher. David P has done all our plumbing. We had David from American Plumbing out today and he was honest, friendly, and informative. We felt really good about the service he was able to perform and he knew a lot about plumbing and the right and wrong way to do things. He was able to find our leak with little to no damage to our walls, repair the leak with just a small cut in our wall, and he was super clean about it. We will definitely be using this company again.
