The technician, Jared, was thorough with the inspection of our furnace. He was punctual and very respectful.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time (where as other large companies in town charged a lot more money and didn't fix the real problem). Highly recommended.

Technician came out same day and fixed the issue right away. He explained the problem and ensured everything worked perfectly before leaving premises including the AC unit itself and thermostat. Now we are relaxing in the cold air! Thanks guys!

I called this company for a quote for new air conditioning but had a negative experience with them. Initially the two gentlemen came out to my house on a Friday and took a look at my existing ducting and furnace (one of them being the owner, I believe). They asked if my husband was available to talk as well as “he should hear what they have to say”. I said the air conditioning was my project and that he wasn’t available. Once the initial meeting was done, the owner said he would have to work on the quote but could come out Monday to review it, and asked that my husband be there as well. This annoyed me. I should not have to have my husband be part of the decision, I am a fully capable person, and I am the one making our financial decisions anyways. When the two men (not the same ones as Friday) came back to my house Monday, I told them I didn’t want to meet and just wanted the quote. They said they didn’t have one because they need to look at our existing infrastructure. Which the guys that came out in Friday had already done. I explained this and said I didn’t want them going up into my attic again and wasting another hour, when the previous guy already did this. This was a frustrating experience, and the guys that were here Monday were nice and apologized, but I never got a quote, a follow up, or anything. This was just my personal experience, but it was an unpleasant one.

Nick's team of guys did a great job getting everything done. We had our condenser, coil, and thermostat replaced, and it started working immediately. Very personable, responsible, and worked well around my 3 year old and 1 year old who like to get into things. I'm so happy that my house is cool again!

Jeff Berg was very professional and took the proper precautions with Covid-19 before entering home. He explained everything and even though our unit is over 30 years old he didn’t try to push us into upgrading and made some recommendations to keep it going hopefully for a few more years. I would highly recommend this company, in the past I used other companies to service other properties with newer units and they always seem to want to push us to replace parts.

We needed the “California Cooler”(you know...the hall unit in 1960s homes?) checked before having the pilot light turned on. (An important looking thing had gotten dislodged in a flurry of housekeeping. We were pretty confident we had reattached it in the right place, but not stupid enough to risk the house, TYVM)

SDGE has a big backup (about a month) and it’s cold, so we were hoping for quick turnaround. The nice lady answering the phone (not voicemail and not a computer) got me an appointment the same week. The specialist, Jared, was punctual, polite and businesslike. He was on the early end of the two hour window, showed us how we could very easily have blown up the house, fixed it, and left. It was inexpensive, efficient and oh my goodness am I happy we found this company. Also the house didn’t blow up, so that’s also nice.

Had Pacific Air out today to fix my AC unit. The service was beyond excellent. The technician Jared was professional, friendly and got the unit up and Running and performed maintenance quickly in time to avoid costly expenses later. All at a very reasonable price. I will have them back soon to maintain all of my HVAC needs.

This is our 2nd time with Nick's. Carlos was spot on time, very friendly and got the job done quickly. We did discover, after he left, that there was a bit of a mess under a couple of the vents, but nothing to be concerned about. Glad we used them again.

Nick’s did an amazing job cleaning our ductwork! Eddie and Ernesto were efficient and careful! The before and after pictures were shocking! Nick was the only one who quoted us an upfront price per vent and his pricing was the most reasonable of all we called! We used Nick himself a number of years ago to clean our dryer vent and had the same great experience! Call them! Totally a great experience!

I needed air ducts cleaned. Nick’s responded to my inquiry immediately. Set up the appt. Answered all my questions. Quoted me what they charged, no add on fees like other vent cleaning companies. And most importantly, the workers were on time, professional and did a great job. They showed me before/after pics. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very impressed by the high level of service provided by Nick’s Dryer Vent Cleaning.

Nick and his team were awesome! We have a stackable washer and dryer in a linen closet. When we dried our clothes, there was a gas like smell, clothes weren't drying, condensation forming on the outside of the dryer, and there was lint starting to build up in the back and sides of the dryer. The dryer is only 3 years old. I had someone previously come out to look at it, explained the same situation, and was told the dryer vents needed to be cleaned. I contacted Nick's Dryer Vent Cleaning and was fortunate they were able to come out the same day. Nick showed me where it vented to the outside, as we live in a townhouse. He felt it was more than a vent cleaning issue, and explained what could be happening. In the meantime, our vents did need to be cleaned, and they were able to do it. He contacted another person from his team to come out and look at the dryer because of the gas issue. They told me that it was most likely something internally in the dryer, and which piece could be affected. Gave me suggestions on how to fix it, even said to contact the person I had come out earlier since I was charged for it. Great group of guys! Would highly recommend them!

I have heard stories about dryer vents causing fire so we wanted to ensure our vents were properly cleaned. Nick's Dryer and Vent Cleaning were so friendly and efficient.
