While cleaning our dryer vent they broke our washer door. Water leaked everywhere. We now have stains on the ceiling and couldn't use our washer for a month.
I told the workers that the washer and dryer weren't a single unit and that they could remove the dryer from the washer but they said it was not possible and so they moved both. While moving it, that's when they broke the washerdoor. However, when a separate company came to fix the washer door they quickly unscrewed the dryer from the washer easily. So they didn't have to move the washer at all. They also left holes in the floor and broke our drain pan.

My husband is working with the management to get reimbursed for damages.

We've had Nick's clean our dryer vents two times now, and both times they have been very responsive, friendly, easy to work with on scheduling, and of course the most important part-- they have done an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vents! It's kind of amazing how much lint gets built up in there, but they do a great job of getting it all out and are careful to not damage anything. It's nice having the peace of mind knowing that we no longer have the potential fire hazard. I would highly recommend them.

I sent in a request online the night before and they were able to show up the following afternoon. Eddie and Junior were very personable and super quick. Just moved into a new home and the dryer was taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. When they told us the dryer vent had dirt coming out and there was no air flow, I was in shock. But they handled it, cleaned it up and left it better than before. They recommend this service every 2-3 years so I will definitely be calling them up again for routine maintenance. Really appreciated what a great job they did! Recently moved into a new place and the dryer had an error. Evidently the previous owner never cleaned the vent....it was packed and could have caused a fire. The crew were thorough, cleaned up the mess that came out of the vent and really helped educate me on how to maintain it in the future.
