Called based on a friend's referral and had 2 faucet lines moved. He did a great job but I had a couple minor issues with pricing that I voiced after the work was done. The company's owner, Deanna, called me and made things right, which I really appreciated. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen sometimes, but the important thing is that the customer's concerns are heard and addressed, which happened in my case.
Pros: Nice guy, prompt service, showed up on time, good work, active owner
Cons: Pricing initially wasn't what I thought
Verdict: The experience was a positive one overall
