I had a major problem with this company. First the plumber showed up 2 hours late without calling ahead. Next, they did not complete the job. The owner MC Welch, told me that since I purchased my own sink he could not install it correctly because it was too difficult. However, if I purchased a similar sink from him. he could figure out how to mount it correctly. I would think a professional plummer would do the job professionally either way. After all I am paying for his time.

MC got mad when I called him on this and left without completing the drain connections on the sink. He also left with the drain connection tubing from the old sink. I had to call another plumber to complete the drain connection and had to pay an extra $90 for new parts to replace the reusable parts that MC took with him.This performance by Mr, Welch was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am very pleased with Welch's Plumbing. Mike was very knowledgeable. He suggested a "common sense" solution to our plumbing problem and did not pressure us to spend more money than necessary. I felt like he saved me some money by doing this. I also appreciated the prompt service over the phone and a call letting me know he was on his way. This is a good family owned business and I will call them again!

I called in a panic as a random irrigation pipe in my backyard split and burst, Katie promptly calmed me down and walked me through turning off the water, identifying the irrigation connections, and over the phone and pictures via text, helped me quickly patch the situation before referring me to an irrigation expert.

She did an excellent job of helping me to understand what I needed to have done, and the best options to complete it. She was very honest and knew her stuff. She notices a new issue (cracked commode) and helped me through that as well. Reasonably priced.

Katie was great. She responded to my call the same day and was super helpful. I had water coming up from my carpet I feared was from a water leak. It turns out it wasn't, but she still went above and beyond to steer me in the right direction for other businesses who could help with the situation. I can't tell you how much I appreciate an honest business owner who never made me feel uncomfortable when having to deal with a situation I know nothing about.

Katie is the coolest, kindest, best plumber ever!! I called this morning about a broken hot water heater and she was here within an hour. By 4 PM she had installed a new hot water heater, AND fixed my toilet! Katie is knowledgeable, professional, and fair with price. So thankful I found her, and would highly recommend her.
