We checked out the big companies but they didn’t hold a ‘plunger’ to Enroute Plumbing and Restoration. So glad we found Enroute. Excellent work and customer service.

Nick was great came and saw all the damaged area did drying and then next steps for demolition and repair and install new. All went smoothly and fast considering was working with insurance company.

Repipe, Leak Repair & Water Conditioner Installation — Highly Recommend!

I recently hired EnRoute Plumbing to re-pipe my entire home and install a whole-house water conditioner after a sudden pipe leak. They also handled the mitigation, repairs, and restoration — and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

From the first visit to the final cleanup, the crew was professional and respectful of my home. They communicated, answered my questions, and made sure everything was done right. They were patient because all parties need to be patient with an insurance claim. You still need to be available and involved. It’s not magically done. EnRoute managing the big picture and helping with communication to insurance was helpful.

My scenario: Nick, owner of EnRoute, answered my emergency call on a Saturday and came out first thing Sunday morning. He immediately detected the leak and stopped it from creating more damage and giving our family access to water again. He documented everything knowing this would turn into an insurance claim. Fortunately, he has a good deal of experience and managed my expectations for what would lie ahead. It’s a lot. EnRoute handled the mitigation and repairs and kept the ball rolling into demolition and reconstruction. There were very few days down. Nick tried to always have the project in motion with cabinets, backsplash, flooring, painting, plumbing, etc. This was greatly appreciated because I don’t do idle on any given day well. Amid all this we decided the smartest thing to do was re-pipe all 3000 square feet of the house, add a water conditioner, and replace all toilets, so not to have to re-live this again.

I’ll admit, walking into the house during the re-pipe was daunting. Especially after just re-painting the house, putting in new flooring, new 5” baseboards, new marble backsplash, and quartz countertops, among other things 3 years ago. It looked like a war zone and financial fear set in. Fast forward, you’d never know they had to open walls — everything looks brand new and beautifully finished. It is amazing what a nightmare a sudden pin hole leak can cause!

The re-pipe went smoothly and was completed in a few days including drywall repair and painting. My fear of future pin hole leaks in copper piping is gone. Amen. The water conditioner has also made a big difference — the water feels softer; dishes look cleaner, and there’s noticeably less buildup on faucets and inside the dishwasher. My plants and garden are so much happier!

I really appreciated how Nick took the time to check progress and make sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up.

Overall, I’d highly recommend EnRoute Plumbing and Restoration to anyone needing plumbing repairs, re-piping, or a water treatment system. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and take real pride in their work. And if you are in the unfortunate position of water damage and need to have leak detection, mitigation, repairs, and restoration done, they have seasoned people for every stage of the process. Big thanks to Nick and all his guys for getting us through this rough patch. I am glad you picked up the phone that day :)

Nick and his team were great! Very prompt with scheduling and easy to communicate with. He did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet when it had a leak. Highly recommend these guys!

We needed our hose attachment replaced outside, as it had completely corroded. Enroute sent someone out the next day, and had it fixed very quickly. The technician even worked in the pouring rain! The price was very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again.

Nick came out quickly responding to my plea for help. His crew was responsible and cared for our property. He is officially my plumber from now on.

McWelch Plumbing installed the tankless water heater at my house. Now one side of my house does not have hot water. I called them several times and left messages. They ignored them.

Overhead water heater in business. Professional service. They came for a quote and actually looked at the space, did measurements, & took pictures. When hired, they did the job quickly, correctly, and cleaned up. Very happy.

Wasn’t sure how full my septic was? Well it was just about there🙃 Welch’s Plumbing came out located my tank fast and friendly it was even less than I expected 😀 next time I definitely will call them👍🏻

I had a leaky faucet that needed immediate repair and I searched the internet for plumber (I’m a new homeowner) and I called Mike at 6 PM on a Friday into a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and said he was busy Saturday installing a water heater in Palm Desert but do you know that Mike squeezed me in before he left for PD. Mike came early the next morning at 8 AM and fixed my leaky faucet and was in and out in 15 minutes. You just don’t get this kind of service anymore! And we didn’t charge me extra and his prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much Mike. I now I have a plumber I can put on speed dial 😊
