Zach just fixed a refrigerator line that was corroded. He was extremely professional, responsive and did great work!!!! And he’s super nice on top of the great work he does. Thanks Zach!!! Vicky was also very nice scheduling and was able to get me in on the same day and even called me back with an earlier appointment. All about plumbing is now my go to plumber!

From here and out we are only going to use All About Plumbing. We had two other companies come out and our issue did not get fixed. We called All About Plumbing, they came out same day and knew exactly what was going on and what to look for and they fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend them given their professionalism and honesty. Wish we would have called them the first time!

I had a leak in my water heater. Gave me a quick quote over the phone which was much lower than two other quotes I had gotten, came to my house in 30 min, explained everything clearly and replaced the heater at a reasonable price. Great speedy service, good price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called them at 7:08 pm with a leak in my bathroom sink, water shut off knob broke and water was leaking pretty bad so I had to shut off main line, called this company since it was advertised as 24 hours. They said manager would call and that a plumber would be here in an hour, 2 hours later manager never called plumber never showed up, called again and they said that night service would call me right back!! That never happened, finally gave up. I think they have their own employees write good reviews for them! Don’t call them they’ll leave u hanging worse customer service ever!!

This company has some of the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. The dispatchers are incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and make that they know exactly what you need. The technicians are professional and courteous as well. They take care of the work efficiently and ensure that you have peace of mind before they leave. Overall, it's a fantastic organization!

This company is beyond amazing and went above and beyond. My moms home was in need of a re-pipe; she had old galvanized steel that was turning her water orange. I come from a long line of plumbers including my dad so I know more than the average joe. For over a year I got quotes from different companies and was not impressed with any of them as their plans for the re-pipe seemed odd. Then I called All About Plumbing. Meghan answers the phone, she is beyond knowledgeable and instantly makes me feel like I'm in good hands. I also find out during this phone call that All About offers two different financing options which I had not found with any other plumbing company. My mom was going to have to take out a small loan to get this issue taken care of...not with these guys!! So, Meghan sets up an appointment for an estimate and things start moving!
So Jake comes out to do the estimate. I was nervous and honestly sick and tired of getting estimates at this point. I had met with tons of companies who ranged from being creepy, rude, arrogant...some of the plans for the re-pipe from other companies made zero sense in my mind. My moms home has no attic, only a VERY TINY crawlspace underneath that other companies wouldn't even consider crawling into. Jake was like a breath of fresh air! He was so polite and gave me the feeling I could really trust him. I ask him his thoughts on the ideas the other companies had given me and he agreed they sounded ridiculous. Jake said the way to go was through the crawlspace and they could do it. He left us with the quote to look over. He wasn't pushy, he said everything I wanted to hear and assured me they would fix the problem. I needed a couple days to think everything over and in those couple days more questions popped in my head. I get a call from Meghan and started rattling off questions and next thing I know I'm talking to Eric, the owner of the company. He answers all of my questions and really takes the time to listen to me. So amazing! So, we finally pulled the trigger and hired All About Plumbing for the project.
Next is the financing...could be a real pain right? Nope! Meghan comes out to my moms home and does all the heavy lifting for us in regards to calling the financing company and helping us through the process. My mom was approved in about 10 minutes and work was ready to start!
So Jake and Jordan were the two amazing guys that did the re-pipe. Jake was here the first two days doing outside work and then Jordan came in when it was time to crawl under the house. Now, this crawl space is TINY, there is not a lot of space at all and I was beyond nervous that Jordan was going to run into a problem. When I saw Jordan pop out from under the house for the first time he had a smile on his face and said everything was going as planned. Jordan is pretty much a superhero in my eyes. Now in this entire process Jake and Jordan did run into a couple small hiccups. My moms home is not a black and white home BUT they figured it would with confidence and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. They finished the job in under a week. I can not say enough great things and these two. Jake was the sweetest and I felt like Jordan was someone I had known my entire life. All About Plumbing has hands down the best people working for it. When every single person you encounter at a company is awesome, it tells you a lot about the type of company they are running. From the first phone call I felt a sense of relief in a nightmare of an issue AND they warranty their work for 20 years!!!!!
I will be using All About Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from now on. I have used other companies in the past for smaller jobs and they have all been awful...sad but true. It has taken me years to find All About but they now have a lifetime costumer and a lifetime of referrals from me as well.

I contacted All About Plumbing on June 5, 2018 to replace a broken water heater, They sent a plumber to installed Noritz EZTR50 tankless water heater. After installation, my husband and I felt weird about this tank that the tank was no control. Turn on/off the water tank have to plug/unplug the power, but according to the plumber who said this tank works automatic water heater. Because the water was not warm enough recently, I called them to ask for adjustments on Sunday afternoon, they told me they would sent a technician within an hour, but it did not happen. On Monday morning, I called them again, they sent a plumber whom installed water heater to check the water heater on Monday at 1:15 pm. The plumber opened tank cover, looked around, asked for water heater manual, touched several places, unplugged/plugged power couple times, said that he fixed the problem and let us call them if we have other issues, then left. When I had shower at 4:00 pm, found the water was ice-cold, immediately called them again, the operator contacted this plumber and called me back said that the water tank had computational electrical failure, they cannot fixed it, had to wait until next day to contact Noritz manufacture because manufacture was closed for the day. Later, I called them again for emergency service, they just told me they would send technician within an hour and manager would call me back within minutes. This didn’t happen at all. I tried to call Noritz Manufacture at 6:15 pm, surprisingly found out the manufacture tech service is open all time. The manufacture directed me to a local plumber on phone to troubleshoot for me, I discovered that the plumber from all about plumbing didn’t installed the water tank temperature controller!! It may have more installation problem than what I know. Now I am waiting for their response without hot water in the cold winter. During the time of dealing with them, their operator and plumber showed unprofessional skills, full of lies. I don’t know how many days we will have no hot water in the cold winter.

These people are so incredible as in really wonderful. They are courteous, clean, get the job done, and are the kind of workers you wish you could have for every and any job. Too bad they only do plumbing. They re-plumbed my my mobile home at a very affordable price, did it in all copper, gave me new taps and faucets for sinks and shower. They did it on time and within budget! You will NEVER regret using them for any plumbing project. Ever.

Troy was another amazing recommendation by my realtor, Noah Grassi. I was having some major issues with water hammering that I was greatly concerned about. I had home warranty send over two plumbers: one that said nothing was wrong and offered very expensive options and another that noticed that the water pressure regulator was broken and replaced it. After the second warranty plumber "fixed" the issue, I felt concerned that the noise got increasingly worse with time from the hammering getting worse to the pipes whistling. Being told this is normal by the warranty repair guy at the end, was very concerning.

I am so grateful that I asked Noah who in turn asked Troy for help. I told Troy of my issue as well as the warranty fix and him and his team went to work on my pipes. They had to replace a lot of old valves to get started on the isolation (this was already noted on my home inspection report but I thought I had more time on it), they added a exhaust system() , tied down as many pipes as they could, helped me with the shower valve issues I had, fixed the issues with my water heater, provided some long term fixes and suggestions, and noted some issues that would need to be addressed in the next few years. They even helped me when I was attempting to open the blinds and windows and the blinds broke and fell on my head. They rushed over to ask if I was okay and to help me as they helped me put the blinds back up even though I told them that I can put them back later after my head stopped hurting. I had no tools at the time to do it and they knew that so I greatly appreciated their kindness as I tended to my wounds. In the end, Troy and his team discovered that the issue was the water pressure regulator again! They helped me with a detailed report quickly and I did the leg work to get the amount covered by home warranty. Ever since they did the work, I have had no issues with leakage or water hammering or whistling.

Troy and his team were friendly, very communicative, efficient, effective, helpful, great workers, provided quality work, very thorough, and are team players. I am very lucky to have them on my team as they helped me resolve my issue, provide very detailed help and invoices, and fit me into their very tight schedule to prevent my pipes/house from being damaged long term. I hope to work with them again as they were wonderful to work with and provided an amazing service.

Great company and great service. Jake made quick work installing a new water filtration system and replaced all of the shutoff valves in my house. The estimate they gave me is what I paid and Jake fixed my tub and straightened a pipe in my shower to boot. All about plumbing does great work and stands behind it. I can not recommend them enough.

Be vary careful if you have All About Plumbing do work for you. They were recommended by a friend of mine. They do good work, but they are extremely expensive. I had them come replace a counter in a bathroom vanity and hook up a sink and cabinet in a laundry room. They needed to supply a couple valves and a little bit of pipe and fittings. Maybe $100-$150 in materials. They were here for 6 hours. My bill was $2181. To be fair, he gave me a quote before he started. It was 3 times what I had expected to pay but I had taken the day off to be home so I could get the work done. If I had it to do again, I would have called ASAP plumbing. I have used them on many projects in the past and they do good work and are very reasonably priced. I think $300 an hour is a ridiculous price for a plumber. When he left there was a trash bin in my laundry room that was full of water. He was going to empty it but forgot. There was a scrap p trap on my front porch. Forgot that too. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I call All About Plumbing and the technician came and confirmed what I already knew that there was a leak under the kitchen sink. He looked under the mobile home and he pointed out the leak that I already saw. He charged me $75.00 dollars for what I already knew. He said to call a contractor to have the floor removed, so he could de the pipe that was leaking.

I called the contractor to remove the damaged floor and the entire kitchec was removed too. The plumber replaced a 5" inch little piece that was very visible to him and charge me $685.0 not counting the $75.00 dollars for a total of $760.00 dollars.

Three days later another piece of pipe bursted connected to the 5" inch pipe that he replaced. I noticed that a pressure regulator was not installed in the plumbing so, I asked him to look at it, and he said yes, there is no pressure regulator and is going to cost you $500.00 dollars to install.

I feel that he ripped me off and didn't even noticed that there was no regulator, and all he did was replace the leaking pieces. In my opinion; the entire piping needs to be replaced because they are old. For the price that he gave me, I could have replaced all the pipes. I have to hire a different plumbing company to replace all the pipes, including the little pieces that All About Plumbing employee replaced.

This is an act of theft and dishonesty about All About Plumbing. I will expose their act of theft to the public and make sure they don't do it to anyone else. A law suit is comming for sure!

All About Plumbing is the best! From Eric, the owner, who is very knowledgeable and nice; Meghan, the Office Manager, very kind and so friendly and Jordan. plumber extraordinaire and so meticulous with his work! Will definitely recommend All About Plumbing to all my families and friends! Can't say enough great things about this company.

I used their service 4 times and each time was amazing. the customer service is on point especially from Xzavia. I will always request him when I have a leak or any plumbing issues. he's on time, cleans up after himself, honest and always answers any questions we may have. affordable prices as well which is a plus. I highly recommend requesting xzavia to do any work you need.

Very impressed with the owner, Eric, and his staff. We had them out on two separate incidents. They were out same day for an outside flooding issue, and we're able to come and fix it swiftly. Then we had a kitchen flood and the plumber the home warranty sent out did it improperly. Eric came in and took care of that, and also alerted us to other issues we didn't even realize. Now our kitchen is to code, and items are done correctly. We have a big piece of mind now. Absolutely will keep them on speed dial.

AAP to the rescue once again! We had a pop in drain in our primary try bathroom sink plug get stuck popped in and Eric came over the day after Christmas to get us taken care of. He also provided several fairly priced quotes / options for some of my 2024 home Reno dreams.

Then, he didn’t charge us a single penny for the visit! Vicky & Eric are always a delight and my first call for anything plumbing related!

When I noticed the leaking in the kitchen sink, I called All About Plumbing right away. They were very responsive; Eric and Ben came and fixed the issue with good quality and professionalism. It has been two weeks now and my kitchen sick is as dry as it can be.

The tankless water heater installed outside our tiny home has been a game-changer! This company came out gave us a very fair price for a new tankless water heater and made sure it was properly installed unlike our previous water heater. Great company with great people that showed up on time and completed the job with no issues. 5 Stars

I’ve used All About Plumbing over the years. They’re very quick to respond. Usually can come by the same day. I have no complaints. I’ll continue to use them as my standby, plumber as problems arise. They’re helpful and knowledgeable fixing my problems
