My kitchen sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain properly. I tried watching some YouTube videos to rectify the problem myself but was unsuccessful. I tried vinegar and baking soda. I plunged like a mad man and wasted half a bottle of dawn. I waited until the morning to see if it worked and it didn’t. I called Andy at 8:30 and he was over within a hour. He didn’t up the price or pull any shady business tactics like previous plumbers I used. Andy fixed the problem fast and charged me the agreed upon price.

I was referred to Andy from my dad after I was quoted $1500 to fix a clogged kitchen sink. The first plumber I called said I needed extensive support to fix the issue - with 2 days worth of work and a special machine.

Andy responded immediately to an urgent call that our two toilets were clogged and sewage was backing up into our bathtub. It was also a Sunday. He answered and came to our house within an hour and he fixed the problem by pumping the outdoor sewage line within 45 minutes. We were so grateful. His pricing was very fair. We will definitely call him if we have any plumbing needs come up!

I called Andy for a clogged drain. He was responsive and quoted me a fair price over the phone and we set up an appointment later that day. Andy showed up and went right to work. We was able to clear the main blockage and even went the extra mile and hit it from another direction. I called a few other places but they all wanted give a quote in person. They count on us not wanting to get multiple quotes and drag on the process so might as well go with the guy already there. I appreciate the honesty and upfront pricing. We hired Andy for a full repipe of our house and the experience was excellent. The work was done professionally, the communication was clear, and everything was left clean and organized. Andy was phenomenal! Very responsive and through with his estimate. Even provided additional guidance with a faucet issue we were having. He initially came to fix a dishwasher valve, we had two other plumbers provide quotes and I’m so glad we went with Andy as the value and quality of his work was above what we asked for. Called based on a friend's referral and had 2 faucet lines moved. He did a great job but I had a couple minor issues with pricing that I voiced after the work was done. The company's owner, Deanna, called me and made things right, which I really appreciated. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen sometimes, but the important thing is that the customer's concerns are heard and addressed, which happened in my case.

Highly recommend! I called North County Plumbing at 7:30 p.m. They were upfront about cost expectations and they sent Eric the very next morning. He arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very quick to resolve the plumbing/drain issue. I will only be using North County plumbing in the future.
