Our plumber Jose was extremely knowledgeable and quick with his repair and the rates are very reasonable. If you ever need a plumber please do not hesitate to contact North county plumbing as they were courteous professional affordable and the work was done very well. Our plumber was Jose he was quick efficient and got the job done in half the time it would have taken another company to even come out. I called this service at 7:30pm and they never showed and the manager failed to call me. I called again at 9pm to see if anyone was dispatched and waited until 11:30pm at night and no one ever showed. The following morning I never received a call from service department. Horrible service absolutely no service when my toilet was backed up and waste came up in my tub. My tub and toilet are still flooded nearly 12 hours later. Still to this day I have not received a call from the company or the dispatch. Rate a - negative 1

had to have a WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR fixed. had it done a couple other times and was NEVER TOLD that i needed something extra because of living next to a fire hydrant!!! ERIC SKI IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he is SOOO NICE, AND SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW HAPPY I AM WITH HIS QUICK SERVICE, KINDNESS, AND KNOWLEDGE about the problem on hand. THANKS SO MUCH ERIC!!!!

Xzavia is the best! He came to fix a leak but stayed to replace 2 hot / 2 cold valves. That is what I call them... He said angle stops. We are going to replace a gas water heater to electric one, since we have solar now. I'm sure we will have them do the work. We will request Xzavia.

These guys have been lifesavers. Without diving into details I end up having difficult time constraints and a difficult tenant, and both Eric and Jagger did everything they could to meet the constraints and did a great job interacting with the tenant. Big shout out to Jagger who went above and beyond on a recent incident!

Xavier came over within the hour after a call and got our drain cleared right away. He was professional and the overall experience was great.

This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have every had the displeasure of being involved with. Bear with me this review is going to be a bit long...
My family and I had Just got back from being out of the country for a death in the family, this was on a saturday. We get home and there is a nice little puddle of water on the floor and a bubble in the ceiling above it. After looking online for a 24hr plumbing company and calling several, with no response, we finally get a call from these guys saying that they could be out to the house the next day.
Tomorrow morning (sunday) comes and Eric (plumber) shows up. He comes in, take a look, cuts way the wet drywall and drains the remaining of the water. Looks up and points to the fire sprinkler pipe and says "thats the problem". I show him the fire box and he notices there is not individual shut off valve for the fire sprinkler system. He then offers to install one for us. Now being super jet lagged, I did not think to ask him how much this will cost us, nor does he tell me before he starts to cut the pipe and does his thing. We go back in the house and finish up the invoice. This visit cost me $429 just for him to cut my ceiling and point to the problem, supposedly they offer "FREE" estimates, $429 doesn't seem like free. He stated that electronic leak detection was used, but no such tool was used. Then the valve install cost me another $789. Keep in mind that the actual pipe that has the leak was not fixed. Eric then tells me that they dont have those parts in stock and he will get them on monday or tuesday and will be back them to make the repair. Tuesday comes and I dont hear from anyone, so I give them a call and they now tell me that nowhere in San Diego County has what they need, so it needs to be ordered. I was told that it would be delivered in a couple of days and be there by thursday / friday. Well, that was week 1 and nothing yet. I give them till the tuesday and did not hear back from them, so i called them and was told that it did not come in and they would check on it. Fast forward to the next week and nothing yet and no call. Finally call them on thursday and we are told that the parts are actually on backorder.
I asked them to send me a copy of their license (C-16) that allows them to do work on fire sprinkler systems, but have yet to receive anything. Which leads me to believe that they are not even supposed to be working on them.
I have been passed off, ingnored and stolen from.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called and spoke with Vicky this morning, and Eric (hope I got that right!) was here within 30 mins. He talked me through our multiple issues with complete transparency and no price gauging. I wouldn't say I look forward to the next time we are need of a plumber, but it does make it far less scary now that we've found AAP!

Did a good job. Fixed the leak but then added some work that wasn’t needed just to make some pipes neater in appearance. Granted, I could’ve said no to that extra work. Seemed like it was just for the young apprentice to get practice. That did add cost to the bill.
With that being said they still did a good job.
Now what has since frustrated me is the guy they had come in for dry and repair.
RAY BUCHANAN. This guy will kite you for money. Especially if it’s through insurance. He is the worst of the worst and doesn’t care if you are in your property uncomfortable with no water, tile, kitchen... for months!DO NOT RECOMMEND OR USE RAY BUCHANAN EVER. Allaboutplumbing really needs to be careful who they outsource work from. RAY BUCHANAN 1 of his “company” names is OnecallEMS. Please NEVER USE RAY BUCHANAN. He does not pay his workers either. After talking to one of them he owes just 1 worker over 20k.
