Personal plumbing met and far surpassed my expectations! It was easy scheduling with their team for some non emergent work.

David and Adam were extremely prompt, polite, and professional while I peppered them with questions as they worked. They laid out potentials plans to fix our shower issue from lowest cost/quickest repair to the worst case scenario. As a condo owner, I greatly appreciated the transparency!

David, Adam, and Chris took care of a nasty leak and replacement of a garbage disposal and corroded plumbing under the sink. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and really made us feel taken care of. I actually want to give these guys 5 stars for how they handled when things *don't* go right. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding the scope of the work. Where others would have probably walked away, David and Adam went out of their way to make things right. My wife and I will definitely be calling these guys again next time we need a plumber.

My technician Josh came out to my home to replace an old outdated thermostat. I had a new thermostat that I wanted it installed Josh work hard trying to get it to work, but unfortunately, the way our house is wired it would not provide power to it so he came up with a solution of a battery operated thermostat that was brand new.

Josh took the time to explain to me everything he was doing. So I personally learned a lot today.

So I didn’t have to Be charged for rewiring the whole system.

He installed it and everything worked great his professionalism was outstanding. How he spoke about the company and his ethics gave me great confidence and I chose the right company

I had another company come out, but will not mention their name and wanted to charge me double what I paid today and did not even take the time to inspect anything just throughout a quote. Before Josh quoted me a price, he did his inspection and then let me know what the charge would be. He confirmed that with his office as well.
So I definitely highly recommend them for any kind of heating or plumbing issues you have.

Dillon did an outstanding job of fixing the leaking water line on my kitchen sink. He replaced all the existing lines, installed a new faucet and cleaned up a few other problems left by a previous installation done by different people. He is to be commended for his expertise and explaining all options all thru the process. I recommend Personal Plumbing enthusiastically. Personal Plumbing, Inc. is excellent! We very grateful to Lukas Moros, who completed our initial estimate and helped us get a SANCO 2 high-efficiency heat-pump hot-water heater, which is amazing! Electrician Kurtis Scott and Personal Plumbing installers Chris and Joe did a fantastic job getting our new heat-pump water heater installed and fully operational in just 1 day. This system provides abundant hot water while being climate friendly. Finally, after the installation, Randy, who is both very knowledgeable and helpful, adjusted our recirculation device to better meet our particular hot water needs.

We highly recommend Personal Plumbing for your replacement heating and cooling equipment and installation needs. We found everyone we worked with there to be very knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. We wanted a heat-pump system that uses the newest refrigerant R-454B, because it is more climate friendly and replaces the older refrigerants, such as R-410A, which are being discontinued. Ryan Obremski, put together several estimates for equipment that uses this refrigerant, and this allowed us to choose a package that best met our needs. He then further tailored the proposal to meet our additional desires and concerns. Filipe and Alfonzo did an excellent job installing the two, ducted, variable speed, energy efficient Mitsubishi heat pump heating and cooling systems and completed the work in just two days. In the past, with a traditional gas furnace and conventional AC, our house was always too cold year round. Either the heat or the AC was blasting air or it was off. Now, with a variable speed heat-pump, the indoor comfort of our home is vastly improved and is consistently the temperature we desire. Finally, after the installation was complete, Juan, a senior tech, came to our house to make some final, minor adjustments. We were so satisfied with the work done by Personal Plumbing that we hired them to replace our old gas water heater with a new, electric SANCO2 heat-pump hot water heater.

Lucas and Dylan just swung by to flush our tankless water heater and get it back up and running. I have never dealt with such friendly, experienced plumbers in my life. These two were so nice and were on top of the situation. Fixed it in no time. And I found the price to be extremely reasonable. Trust me, I've lived in San Diego County nearly my entire life and have used countless plumbers around town. Personal Plumbing has earned my business long term.

Excellent customer service. Very high quality HVAC installation on time and within budget. Personal Plumbing installed Goodman AC and gas heater. AC condenser installed on a new pad that was locked down & earthquake tip resistant. New 120 V AC switch & new coolant tubing with new pipe insulation. New plenum has an extra condensation trap. Shouting from the rooftops how exceptional their customer service was from start to finish. In every way, you can tell these people bring humanity to their work. I cannot say enough good things about David and Cesar who showed up right after I called about a water heater issue (no hot water). They quickly diagnosed the situation. It was way worse than I thought. We had a leak that had been "repaired" with "bandaid" fixes for years (my brother confirmed this to be true, he's a plumber who lives out of state). We needed all new pipes and we needed them immediately. We were able to finance easily through General Plumbers and the work was done with an incredibly army of plumbers the NEXT DAY! I was stunned and so pleased and beyond grateful.

I needed an RO system and water heater. Ernie was the first to assess the issues was resourceful in terms of products to install and was patient with all my questions. Adam and Anthony, the installers were both friendly quick and informative about the products they installed. They did a great job all around and would recommend their services!

David and Cesar are a great team! We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know. They were prompt and responsive, and fixed the leak we were dealing with the same day. We also had them repipe the whole system for our 3 story condo and they were able to finish it in one day and their guys left the place clean. The prices for both jobs were reasonable, they take good care of their veterans and those in the service and we appreciate that a lot.

I just had my old furnace replaced with a heat pump and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Personal Plumbing, Heating & Air. The person who came out to give me a quote was super thorough. He got up into the attic, checked all the vents, checked the air flow, and gave me a detailed description of the job with my quote. The installers did an excellent job of removing and installing the new equipment. They were extremely courteous and kept me informed throughout the 2-day job. They were tidy and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They also thoroughly tested the system to be sure it was working properly before they left. A third party contractor was sent to patch my drywall where an old vent was removed. They completed the entire job in less than 2 hours and i can't even tell where the old vent was. Everything about this job went perfectly and I was pleased with the overall price. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Had my water heater replaced along with a few maintenance items surfacing. Also had two commodes, three faucets and 10 angle stops all replaced. Highly recommend these guys. Had a leak from an upstairs shower that dripped down into a bedroom ceiling and caused some drywall damage and a mess on the bottom floor. Called Personal Plumbing and they gave me a window and showed up within the alloted time frame. Shon and Randy showed up quickly diagnosed the issue and made repairs. Excellent service and professionalism. They explained the process, the various options, and provided a quote for the work. We agreed on the solution and they went to work immediately! Definitely pleased with the repairs, the professional process and all aspects! Also, the price was very reasonable!
