Just got an AC installed. The employees were very efficient and knowledgeable about their job. They finished in one day and it's great. Great service I will recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Great company and employees! Keith (owner) came and gave me multiple options for my service with no pressure to choose the more expensive option. Lucas (plumber) was very professional and made sure the area was cleaned up after his work was completed. Also a few hours after the job was completed, Julie called to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with their service. So glad we decided to hire Vets Fou You!

I have used this business for years and they always deliver… A quote is provided prior to any work/service so that you are aware of all charges before making any decisions… Very professional and courteous with your property/home. Mel came to my home to service a terribly leaky shower and did an outstanding job to ensure that I was satisfied. He explained the process and went beyond my expectations to order, deliver and install new plumbing parts… It is a pleasure to recommend this business to anyone seeking plumbing services.

Vets For You Plumbing did an outstanding job for me and my family. I actually had two incidents happen within a weekend that they helped me out with and resolved them quickly and professionally. They were responsive and came within a few hours to stop and repair a leaks and provide assessments and quotes for other projects. And quite surprisingly, they did not take advantage of the situation by overcharging me. I found their rates and their conditions to be fair and reasonable. They explained the work that needed to be done, and asked for my approval; then quickly got busy conducting the repairs in a professional and efficient way. Theodore took the time to explain the situation and what to expect afterwards. Above all the most outstanding experience was with Theodore the plumber they sent to my home in Ramona. He was professional, proficient, and one hell of a nice guy. He greeted me, my wife and kids like he was saying hi to old friends and knew, his craft extremely well. He is a true professional . Based upon the service he and Vets For You provided, I will be sure to call them again when my plumbing issues need to be handled.

Rod was professional, honest, and straightforward. We had an issue with the prior plumber who installed our water heater from the home warranty installing it incorrectly. Rod identified the issue and was able to work with the manufacturers warranty to replace our parts.He went above and beyond and spoke with our home warranty advising them the plumber they had hired installed the correctly and not to code. While we paid for his services up front, I am convinced that if it were not for his expertise my home warranty would not have even considered reimbursing us as they are now because of him going to bat for us.

I needed to replace a leaking water heater and malfunctioning HVAC. I called Vets4You, and the owner Keith came out to take a look at everything and walk me though several repair options. We discussed the work planned, the time required (2-3 days), and my schedule.

After tailoring the work plan to my specific needs, Keith had his crew at my house ready to work right on time. Everyone was always approachable to answer any questions or concerns, and Keith provided regular updates on their progress, without being intrusive. They took care to protect the home from any damage while working, and cleaned everything up afterwards.

I'm very pleased with their workmanship, as well as my overall experience hiring them for the job. I won't hesitate to call Vets4You in the future, or to recommend them.

Love these guys! Keith the owner, is a good ol’ Midwesterner and a Vet! I love that he is giving back to his community and it’s clear that he is passionate about his business and about helping others. Lucky I got to spend some time to chat with him, as a small business owner myself I appreciate the hard work that he’s put in to create something so awesome. Their prices were super reasonable, and their quality was well worth it. We ended up having to do a full re-pipe which was a hard pill for us to swallow, but they handled it so well! We also decided to get a water filtration system halfway through in order to protect our investment. That filtration system helps keep the pipes clean, water, heater, clean, and drinkable water throughout the house, it was a no-brainer.
Theo was our point man, he came and gave us a quote, handled all the paperwork, and made sure every last detail was written out and addressed, so there were no surprises that popped up along the way. Theo is one of those dudes you’d wanna have a beer with ! Such a great personality and extremely helpful. The plumbers that were assigned to the job were extremely talented! Tim and Alex were the two that stood out! They answered all my questions, and I spent a little time watching them work, it is clear they’ve mastered their craft, and we felt so grateful to have tradesmen, who value quality complete such a huge job for us.

There’s so much I want to say about Personal Plumbing! Let me start with the name: “Personal” and boy do I feel like the service received was tailor made for us! It started with Adam, who came to give us advice on what was happening with our water. All of a sudden, the hot water was extra hot and we couldn’t get cold water. He quickly assessed the situation and then offered to do a deeper analysis to see if it was repairable or if we needed a repiping of our home. Built in 1983, we knew what we had to do, even if it was something that could be repaired.

After the permit was obtained, a crew showed up and very quickly got to work. A crew of six (maybe seven) knocked out our two story home in ONE day!!

Now, we wait for the inspection, which I have no doubt will go smoothly. Then, we will have the drywall repaired and painted and viola! New pipes for what we hope will be decades to come.

Given the amount of work and the number of people who did the work, we think the price we paid is more than fair. Personal Plumbing also replaced our hot water heater a couple of years ago and we got a repeat customer discount- thank you! ❤️

Beware of deceptive practices and unprofessional behavior. I called for a leak repair, and the technician tried to lie about my water pressure to sell me a $700 regulator I didn't need. He claimed the pressure was 90 psi, but when I grabbed their gauge and checked it myself, it was within normal range.

Even worse, the technicians spent time taking photos of my house that had nothing to do with the plumbing. Just to ghost me while pretending they were coming back later that day. It felt like they were casing the property rather than working on it. I also used them last year for a full AC install, which has since had major issues (unsecured blower, low refrigerant). I do not trust this company in my home. PS My Guy and Personal Plumbing is the same company.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining and after spending hours trying YouTube remedies (baking soda & vinegar, Drain-o, plunger) I finally had to call a plumber. After seeing water come out of the "cleanout" pipe outside the house (didn't even know that existed), Eric quickly determined that the clog was not in the sink or even inside the house. It was actually 35 feet down the main drain outside the house. He used a "snake" to remove the clog and everything worked after that. $341 to snake the drain. They also performed a free camera inspection and we could see inside of the drain line. They do offer a "scaling" service to remove the film from the sidewalls (much like a dentist would do to plaque) but that was quite a bit over my budget. Service was quick. Eric was very courteous and efficient. Overall happy with the quick turnaround.

I am extremely impressed by Personal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning's integrity and customer service. There was some confusion as to what furnace needed to be replaced in our home. Rather than double down and try to offset blame Personal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning took complete ownership of the situation and made it right within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Personal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to any family, friend or acquaintance. They are a business that does things right!!!

A pinhole leak inside the wall - copper pipe plumbing from the 1960s – left me with a completely demolished bathroom and torn out kitchen cabinets. To prevent future catastrophes, I decided to have my house and detached garage replumbed. I called Bob Muller at Personal Plumbing, based on exceptional work they’ve done for me in the past. The six guys worked as an efficient and experienced team, determining the best route for the PEX pipe, preparing access through the drywall, running the pipe and then wrapping it with insulation. They carefully protected my furnishings and floors while working, and removed every crumb of debris when they finished. They did an outstanding and professional job.

I had my mini split installed by Mikey & Austen. They both were Polite and Professional. Above and beyond with Excellent service,

OMG .. This company is the best... From the first call this morning at 6:45 to Michael I get an appointment, to the first tech (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, but he was wonderful), then to Eric and Camron to Randy.. So hoping I got names right. I had a gas leak and SDGE came out last night and shut my gas off and let me know to call a Plumber.. Nieve home owner, I was confused, it was gas not water. It was explained and so I was able to find them online. They were out before 9am, looked at things, explained things and continued to work till it was completed around 4:30pm. I have to have the city of Oceanside inspect it and they do not have my good reviews. What a pain for this company and for me. But, I let Randy know what they said was needed and they are working it now, to get my permit and inspection and my gas turned back on as quickly as possible. I can't thank you all enough for the day you helped me. I wish every company had employees like this. I am forever grateful. Especially to know it's fixed while trying to sell my house. Sorry this is so long, but there aren't enough words to say thank you. You were the calm in my Storm.. So so glad I didn't hesitate to call you this morning. THANK YOU AGAIN...

I contact the plumbing professionals to flush my water heater. Ernie and Eric arrived to perform the services, they were both very professional, thorough and knowledgeable in their work. They gave me an honest evaluation of my situation and recommendations for the future. I appreciate a company that operates with integrity!

I am amazed at the outstanding service from Personal Plumbing. Starting with phone rep Julie who is kind and delightful. Then the new GM Ryan solved numerous complex issues I had with my prior system, and our unique house layout, and he crafted a master plan to make me beyond happy. Finally the install techs Mikey, Scott and Austin installed a combo central and mini split system. Their expertise, customer courtesy and cleanliness are the best I’ve ever seen. This company takes care of its customers in exceptional ways and their packages come with long term warranties. I like them so much I had them do our guesthouse and main house systems. We also use them for plumbing and purchased a Halo water filtration system and tankless water heater. I highly recommend them, they are worth every dollar for the quality and peace of mind you get.

Andrew and Lukas were both amazing technicians. They were here for about 2 hours helping me understand what needed to be fixed on my plumbing and also how much it would cost. They were professional, friendly and fast! They did tankless maintenance and illustrated why it would need to be repaired.

Had the main water line leak. The tech that came to give me the initial quote was very friendly. I felt it was a very over priced. The tech said be use they had to dig more around the pipe, he also said it will need about 4-5 ft of pipe. That measurement was way off only needed about 2 ft of pipe but said the price wouldn’t change either way. They said I would have to pay after the job was done. I then called to let them know the company that was working on my home was going to pay for the damage. They took the payers info. Then later plumbing company called me saying they could get started without payment. I asked why if payment wasn’t due until job was done. They said they had to ensure they got paid. I told them to please start that either way I would pay if the company didn’t as I needed running water. Finally they were able to get advance payment and The repair guy came very quickly they didn’t even really dig anything. But they worked quickly and got it fixed. Overall decent plumbing company. Just a little over priced. The did give me a 10% discount for being a veteran.

Scott was great, I had a heater failure, they did very comprehensive inspection. I would recommend them to any Escondido locals.
