I made contact in the early AM and the gentleman I spoke with was prompt in getting a technician over ASAP. Robbie and Dean showed up right on time. They found and repaired a leak I had in my kitchen ceiling. Both of these guys were precise and pleasant. Thank you both very much as I now have goto plumbing company.

They gave an estimate for a very simple sink hookup -- at $1000. This is why I watch you tube and DIY. They also bought out my old reasonable priced plumber in Encinitas and doubled all his prices. Go elsewhere-vet or veteran, no one wants to get ripped. I'll shop for a new plumber after 10 years with the good ones in Encinitas.

Repaired heater in condominium. Great customer service from the initial conversation to set up the appointment to meeting with the technician (Jim). I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services as they truly care about making sure the customer is happy with their work! A+

I've used Vets 4 You, 3 times for different issues. They are responsive, professional and speak in a friendly and straight manner. They were recommended to me, I've recommended them to a neighbor and they do a great job every time. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Business seems to over schedule technicians, resulting in appointments routinely being delayed or rescheduled. Of the two appointments I had with Vets4you both times they ended up calling asking to reschedule. In the first case they were forced to hurriedly re-assign a tech to make the scheduled appointment window while during the second case they rescheduled to a new date and still ended up showing up late without the parts they needed. I had high hopes for a business that markets the fact it hires veterans but overall I was disappointed with their punctuality. It seemed like my time as the customer didn’t mean anything to them.That being said, individual technicians were polite and professional and they did a decent job.

These guys performed a "connect and disconnect" service for us to facilitate the installation of new countertops throughout our house (kitchen and 3 bathrooms); Robbie, Eddie, & Dean were the nicest and sweetest guys, and so excellent at their craft, that I was never nervous about any of it. Also, they were sooooo considerate, and went way beyond their call of duty (just like a vet, eh?). Above and beyond what their job had originally specified. Definitely top notch! I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing services.

Ezra, & his partner were courteous, clean, explained everything they were doing. They wore covers on their shoes, & ran the inspection in a fair amount of time. We have used them before, & we will continue to use Vets 4 You any time we have plumbing needs.

Vets4You did an outstanding job removing and replacing a many decades old Solar/Gas Water Heating system with a Tankless on-demand water heater. They also replaced the adjacent Forced Air Heater including rerouting ducts to achieve a quiet, balanced supply of heated air to all rooms. This was a complicated, major project including electrical that was bid out to four different companies and the Vets4You bid came in with best cost and equipment provided. We had put off having the work done for years due to the perceived cost, scope and complexity of the undertaking. Jim had some ideas and got creative with design and execution to achieve a cost effective, workmanlike solution. All work was done professionally at the agreed upon Bid cost and on-time by Jim and his very skilled crew! As a retired Industrial Engineer, I have experienced a lot of these types of installations and this experience rates an A+ for Vets4U! I highly recommend them for professionalism, knowledge quality and value!

Rod Russell made himself available to us at our convenience (which, if memory serves, was on Sunday) to come out and identify the nature and severity of a leak that had *tripled* our water bill. He was very friendly, likeable, enthusiastic, and professional. My wife was very much impressed by his personality and professionalism, and as a fellow Marine Corps veteran he and I had that instant rapport that only genuine esprit de corps can generate, and he won our business right then and there. We were able to set an appointment to get the work done for the following Wednesday morning.

Rod Russel and James Dean arrived early, after sending an ETA text message to confirm, and immediately got to work. They worked swiftly and confidently and managed to locate the pipes that needed to be isolated while making minimal incursions in the drywall...especially considering the remarkably difficult and bafflingly inconvenient location of the piping in the forced air heating intake/return box in the garage. They laid down covers on our floors to prevent any scuffs/damage and cleaned everything up before they left.

In addition to the necessary repair, Rod identified that the feed line to the water heater had the wrong kind of valve and that the connection to the water heater was non-standard. He could've ignored it (I already knew that the valve and connection was improper, my Father having been a Home Builder and had experience with plumbing) but he said, and I quote, "...I cannot in good conscious leave that, give me a few more minutes and I'll make it right..." and he did.

Now I had been informed beforehand that they do not perform the drywall repairs, however they do have a relationship with a business that does great work and the owner of that business came out personally to review what would need to be done and was able to quote a price before everything had even been packed up.

My wife and I are very much pleased that all of the repairs were completed quickly and are very much satisfied with the results.

Wow, super impressed with Vets for You and the professional service! Kross was able to quickly identify the problem and clearly explain the necessary fixes. He was able to repair the unit and is now in better condition than it was originally installed. Would highly recommend!

So if you EVER find yourself in need of plumbing service, this is your company. They are amazingly responsive and what a joy to have in my home. No “plumbers crack” with these guys. They spoke to me with respect. They found things and repaired them just in the nic-of-time. I have an older home that we knew had some issues, but have put them off. Thank you Vets 4 you and especially Robert. He is a gem!

I had an HVAC systems installed in my house last year and have been obtaining estimates for the house I am buying this year. I arranged for Keith to meet me at the property one morning. After ensuring to have he house open and coordinating the morning off from work, my real estate agent and I waited there at the agreed upon time. He stood us up. After an hour I finally was able to reach him and he "had forgot... [and] was already in San Diego on another job." So we aimed for the next day.

He arrived early the next day and began the estimate; even did a little extra by pressure testing the plumbing system. I am grateful. After the estimate he expected a check for almost $200. Given that I had five A/C estimates over the last year, all free in hopes of winning the bid, it was unexpected. Mainly since there had been no notice of this charge prior to that moment. He unhappily waived the fee.

When leaving he promised the estimate within 24hours. It is two weeks later and I am still waiting. Everyone I spoke to at his company, including him, seemed very helpful and respectable. I do not understand the shortfall in service. I would not waste your time with this company; they seem to have no problem treating it as waste.

We had a severe leak in the ceiling of the garage, a hot water pipe leak. Vets4You sent out a leak detection and repair crew within a few hours of our call. Rod was our tech and he found the problem walked us through what had happened and the best options to fix the leak. He was very professional, wore a mask, cleaned up the site. He also helped correct an unrelated problem with a needle valve in a bathroom and he checked the water pressure to the house. Great representative! Rod is an asset to your company. i will definitely use this business again if i have a plumbing emergency.

After having our kitchen replummed by vets for you, witch was done with the most professionalism and went above and beyond our expectations. Today, their tech Andrew came out to do the maintenance that was included in the installation. Again, this is an awesome job. Thank you, Andrew.

We had an old force air furnace that became unreiable. Vets 4 You inspected our furnace and suggested several levels of repair and then once we selected the one for our budget ... they installed the unit the next day and even made needed safety repairs to our system for the price agreed on. They were punctual and professional. We highly recommend these guys to do home repairs and upgrades. Our new system is wonderful. A much needed upgrade to our home. Thank you Vets 4 You!!! Mel was amazing! He came late on a Sunday to look at an issue in our Airbnb. He stayed late and diagnosed the problem. The next day Eric and his teammate went to work and solved the problem. All 3 were professional, great communication and just pleasant. I’ll be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward

Daniel’s attention to detail, communication skill set, and his sense of urgency to repair our multiple home leaks was extraordinary. I have had a wonderful experience working with this company! I own a small business in Carlsbad and it is very important to keep the temperature regulated especially because we work with so many little babies. With the temperatures being so cold the past week, I was surprised that I got an appointment and got my situation squared away right away. The service was great from the moment I called to schedule and the owner Keith even came out personally to make sure everything was working it's best for my business.
