We’re very happy with the service and professionalism from Mission Coast Plumbing. After a main line break under our driveway, their team replaced the line without needing to break the cement. The workers were excellent—friendly, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. We’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Broken water main repair. Mission Coast Plumbing did a great job replacing my old PVC to copper main water line after it broke. This break happened Christmas week and they got it done quickly and under their original estimate. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Mission Coast Plumbing previously. They are reliable and cost effective. The workers treat your house as their own and are meticulously in their work. I had a major leak in my Laundry Room, they recommended we use PEX and it was supposed to take all day; it took two workers five hours. I will be scheduling them for a whole house repipe in the distance future.

Edgar, Augie, Cesar, and Jorge from the Mission Coast Plumbing team did an awesome job with the re-pipe conversion from copper to PEX along with rough-in installation of valves, drains, etc. in our master bath remodel. The whole crew was super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled in completing the work. This recognition also includes the office manager, Annabelle, who's apart of this well-run family based business.
Through a neighbor's referral a couple years ago, I contacted Mission Coast / Edgar to fix a water leak at our Carlsbad house. He did a great job then so when my wife and I were ready to do a complete master bath remodel, we knew we wanted to give Mission Coast a shot to bid our project. I'm an avid DIYer who definitely appreciates quality work. Their bid was reasonable and I felt comfortable based on our previous working relationship with Edgar so we decided to go with them. We're happy we did and very satisfied with the quality of work that they provided! The whole crew was professional and worked diligently to complete the work on schedule.
I will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs, planned as well as unplanned. Mission Coast Plumbing absolutely receives my highest endorsement!

This is a follow-up review for Mission Coast Plumbing, and once again, Augie and his team have completely exceeded expectations! Augie (the owner) was assisted by Cesar and Jorge, and together they knocked out a tricky final installation in our upstairs master bathroom — and they did it with total professionalism and the friendliest attitude imaginable.

They handled everything: shower fixtures, two vanity faucets, a toilet with bidet, a floor-mounted tub filler, and — the real challenge — a 230lb stone resin freestanding tub. Getting that heavy tub upstairs and installed perfectly was no small feat, but they made it look easy and did it all with care and precision.

What truly sets Mission Coast Plumbing apart is not just the high quality of their work, but the outstanding customer service. Augie, Cesar, Jorge and Anabel managing their office are incredibly pleasant, respectful, and solution-oriented — the kind of team you’re genuinely happy to have working in your home.

We’re so grateful for their effort and can’t recommend them enough!

Edgar did a great job! Quick and clean. He replaced a clogged gas valve. He made the drywall repair as easy as possible. Their pricing was very reasonable.

My husband and I have been calling Mission Coast plumbing for service since 2020 and we are never disappointed in their excellent service especially with Edgar. Both the staff and plumbers respond quickly, offer automated payment options and have the BEST service to help with our plumbing needs. MCP has installed a new water heater when we purchased our home (2020) and brand new toilets, put new U-bends in 6 sinks in our new home, installed new showers in two bathrooms... this time they helped us with clogged drains. I can't give them a high enough rating, they are well over 100% for service and care. We are very grateful - with very special thanks to Edgar!

Stay away from this company! I had water in my house and needed a leak detector, got ahold of ez leak detection and they sent out John.

While here John kept assuring me he is vague in his reports intentionally not to damage your insurance claim, and specifically told me his job isn't to report where water is coming from just if it's not coming from plumbing/ pipes.

Post inspection tried to charge an emergency fee/ holiday (Jan 1st) which over doubled the price I was told on the phone. 275 normally, price quoted at my house 675. Upon my disagreement, John got very agitated and charged me the normal price and stormed off.

The next day my adjuster calls and says my claim had been denied, specifically due to the plumber report from John which stated "he believed the water intrusion was from outside rainwater". So it appears upon not being able to rip me off John changed his report to intentionally to damage my claim and do what he said his job was not which was to give his opinion where water was coming from regardless of the fact it wasn't a plumbing issue which is what he said all he was to report...

I called to diagnose a likely slab leak, and received a quick response and willingness to work with my schedule. As promised the detection fee was wrapped into the repair work, which was ultimately done with minimal drywall damage. Work was quick, reasonably priced, with no attempts to upsell or exaggerate scope of repairs. I recommend VERY highly for anyone having a plumbing problem.
