Two friendly plumbers showed up very soon after I called and they proceeded to inspect the problem and also checked out all the other plumbing fixtures. Shortly after assessing the situation they acquired the necessary parts to do the repair and had it done in short order. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

This company did an excellent job of communicating with me and coordinating the work. I had two plumbers come out (Ernie and Cesar) and they both went above and beyond. Ernie to evaluate the problem and quote it, and Cesar to perform the work. I had them Hydro Jet a drain line to try and get rid of a clog. And while they weren’t able to completely remove it, (tree roots) they did everything they could to try. The one thing I was surprised about was they had to use my hose/water to perform the procedure. I later found out from Cesar that they are restricted from transporting water. Ultimately, I would recommend this company and use them again.

Update: We had these guys replace our tankless water heater and 2 toilets today. CJ and Joe did great work! 👍

Today we had both our HVAC and tankless water heater serviced. I was impressed with the ease of setting up the appointment, the calls to alert me the technicians.were on the way, and the professionalism of their technicians. We've signed up for their regular maintenance program. I am excited to have found a company I can rely on to keep my systems maintained.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Keith, the owner. I have been going through an insurance claim for the past 6 months and I had them come out to repipe my house with PEX. During the repipe the technicians were having issues running the PEX from my kitchen to my upstairs bathroom. They were doing a lot of drilling through the beams underneath my bathroom's subfloor. I remember at some point the technicians were trying to figure out how to run the pipes upstairs. They eventually figured out how to get the pipe upstairs and everything was good. About 4 days later I was taking a shower and my wife was washing the dishes. She told me that water was dripping on her head. Sure enough I turned the shower on upstairs and came back down to see the leak coming out of a hole. I reached out to the company the next day and they sent a technician out to confirm that the pipes weren't leaking but water was leaking out of this hole in my beam, a freshly drilled hole. I had reached out to a contractor to come out and fix the leak. When the contractor started work and removed all the tile from the bathroom he told me that the hole is new. That's when I reached out to Keith. Keith showed up to my house. He looked at the hole from the bottom and also looked at the hole from my shower. He was at my house for less than 20 minutes and told me he would contact me as soon as possible. 5 days go by and I eventually reached out to him. His response on the phone was, I'm glad you got back to me. You were supposed to get back to me Keith. He says that his company did not do the hole and there is nothing more he can do. I guess the question is how did that hole get there then? I guess it magically appeared. The hole is fresh. There aren't even any water stains or signs of mold in the hole, that's how fresh it is. A drill bit, spade, or whatever you want to call it ripped through my shower pan. I would and will not recommend this company to anyone. The technicians are great, but Keith ruined it for me. Attached are the photographs of my mystery hole that appeared out of thin air. Coincidentally after Keith's company performed a repair on my home.

Carlos , who came by and gave me an estimate , didn’t make me feel like he just wanted to make the sale. He was thorough and made me believe that going with them was the best choice in the long run. I got 3 quotes and the other 2 made me feel like I was just another appointment. The guys at personal heating and air came in, were professional and very efficient. Jose, Miguel and victor did a great job and were very fast. They did a 3 zone mini split job in two days. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Thanks guys. P. Guerrero

The job was a little more complicated than a plugged drain line. They found the 'belly' created earlier when our home was remodeled in 2018., and created an additional and more easily accessable clean out in the garage. They worked 3 days in a row to clear and replace the line. All techs were friendly, cheerful, careful, professional and left the work area clean. Thank you EVERYONE. A+

Josh was our tech!! Punctual, Very Knowledgeable and informative. We had him out for a diagnosis of AC problems. Turns out it was more a plumbing issue for the condensate drain that I could remedy myself as a newly retired contractor of 45+ yrs myself. He even took the time to walk me through what he thought I might encounter during the repair. Not many like him out there!

Adam showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, explained what had to be done, gave us an estimate, which included a 10% first time customer and completed the task as quoted and within a couple of hours.
He offered to perform a couple of other diagnostics at no additional charge, but we politely declined. Additional issues with an older house can always be found if you look hard enough.
The newly installed PRV looks great and works great. Our city water pressure into our house is now 65 psi instead of 100 psi. Problem solved with no stress, thanks to Adam's expertise.

David and Cesar did a great job on a plumbing problem that's been bothering me for months now. They were on time, courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. What has caused me so much stress ended up being fixed quickly and easily because of their skill and kindness.
