This place should stick to wholesale instead of partly retail. Customer service is truly ignorant when it comes to customer needs. Parts are way over priced. Bad experience all around.

I have been getting plumbing supplies from standard/MWI supply for 15 years and they have always been willing to go the extra mile if they don't have something I need they will get it !!! Very satisfied with them

My plumber sent me there with a list of items to pick up. April was awesome and helped me get exactly what I needed (I know NOTHING about plumbing)! While I was there, other contractors came and went quickly with what they needed.

HORRIBLE !!! These Guys are Lazy and Incompetent and unnaccountable . They dont want to honor any warranty service. My water heater was authorized by Rheem for replacement under warranty. They would not call Rheem to confirm the warranty authorization . Some guy named Larry said he called Rheem and then another guy took the phone and said they didnt call Rheem and said he would not honor the warranty because their system wont let them When I asked them what their full names were they started to lie about their names and all of a sudden everyones name changed, I spoke to two other plumbers afterwards who said MWI is terrible !!AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.. Im going to file a complaint with BBB !!!

The guys at the back counter are great. Great customer service. They saved me a lot of $$$ by listening to what I needed and showing me a more cost effective product that suited my needs.

Kortney and the whole staff is so helpful and accommodating! They will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need!

Drive three hours back with NOTHING in hand.
Keep up the great customer service.

Please treat contractors as customers and not credit card scammers looking to purchase a sampling well. ( I am sure theses scammers would resale a plastic well for huge profits) And just in case here is the part number if any one else would be stupid enough to scam a plumbing supply for plastic well. (SV24-L)

I would also recommend informing accounting dept to understand that certain parts are harder to come by because of stock not the value.

I am so grateful I found April B at Standard, Oceanside. I had tried Ferguson’s and a few other plumbing supply showrooms and was a little frustrated with the lack of assistance I got. I was remodeling my home for the first time and I had a lot of questions so was probably annoying, but the moment I walked into Standard Plumbing, April explained and walked me through everything I needed. There was one mistake made, April recognized it immediately and corrected it within a day. Seriously, such a good experience. I bought all Koehler products for two bathrooms & a kitchen remodel.

They provided me a quick confirmation they had the materials in stock.
I arrived at 4:55 pm.
Solid Customer service!

I have not tried to return stuff or get warranty service, but they cater to plumbers and building owners with $10 or free delivery. If you do will-call, they have Good free coffee. The home stores don't have commercial quality ABS (mostly PVC) traps, swept 90s etc while MWI does.

We were referred here by our plumber for a new construction granny flat and had the best experience. The showroom had plenty of product to choose from and our salesperson (April) was beyond knowledgeable and so helpful and easy to work with! Highly recommend taking your business here.
