If I can give this establishment any less than 1 Star, I truly would have. I have a few concerns to address about this establishment. Please explain why when everytime I walk into this establishment, there's always this Dark and Eerie mood over the place. I feel like I'm sometimes walking in the presence of the "Destroyer Of Worlds". Everyone's always silent, unkind, and always seem to be in some sort of attitude. It's always a very unwelcoming space. It really makes me feel uncomfortable. I understand that life sometimes hits us all really hard but that doesn't mean we should act mean and uncaring towards other! My biggest complaints their refund policy. These guys are a joke when it comes to their refund policy. I went to their store one day to purchase an item " With Cash" for my kitchen sink. I ended having to return it because it wasn't the right part. They then proceeded to tell me that there's a " No Cash Return policy" which basically means that if you pay with cash, you won't be refunded back with cash. They told me they would have to cut me check down way down in Utah and it will arrive to me in about 7 days. I then called their billing department and spoke to Kim. She nervously tells me that my check somehow got lost in the cracks, this was after having to wait two weeks! Someone please explain to me why it's now been almost 3 weeks? Do t spend your hard earned money at this place of business. They will literally take your money and stall you out on any refunds.

The staff was VERY HELPFUL. They took time to listen to our needs and figure out what parts we may need, even giving us a couple of gas line options, and are allowing us to return the parts we did not need to use.They answered all my questions, even made arrangements for delivery because we are older folks who cannot lift a water heater in it's packaging. They delivered the new water heater the day after we ordered it! We HIGHLY recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with this leak detection company from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Fernando arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and used advanced equipment to pinpoint the leak without causing unnecessary damage.

On our way to burry my grandfather, we we’re driving in precession, one of their drivers cut off the vehicle that my grieving grandmother was in, he cut right into our line and flipped off my grandmother as he drove off. Very disrespectful to a grieving widow and family at such a hard time for us. I would never recommend this place.

I had a customer Use this company to detect a leak from a main Water line leak company marked a spot so we dug about 4x4ft and 6ft deep and water leak was not there so we dug another 6ft around hoping they were maybe off by a few feet and the line still wasn't there these guys do not know what they are doing I have worked with 10+ different companies and by far this one is the worst they came back the next day and my customer told them to find the leak and they decided to give him his money back instead of performing the work that they supposedly specialize in that is very unprofessional and says they do not know how to do the job when a company makes a mistake you fix it you don't just walk away you make it right especially when it's at a hospital and it's an emergency
The incompetence of the employees said that they located wrong cause of the roots ha that was hilarious please hire a real company to do the job right

Timo is simply amazing! We could not be more grateful or pleased with his thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity. Whereas another company told us we needed to have the entire house re-piped for more than $8000.00, Timo told us that was not necessary, and re-piped only the one line that had a break for a fraction of the cost. He saved us thousands of dollars, days of grief and related expense, and solved the problem. We are so grateful that there is an honest and fantastic professional here for us! What a find!!!

Timo at Leak Star did our repipe & we could not be more pleased. It just took a couple days & damage to drywall was minimal. Timo kept the water on almost the whole time & we didn't have to move out like our neighbors who's house was a mess for nearly a week & cost 3 times as much & they had to stay in a hotel. Highly recommend Leak Star.

We had a faulty cartridge in our tub faucet, which caused water to continuously flow. We didn't want to waste water for days while waiting for our Home Warranty service call and parts order, so we contacted Timo at Leak Star. He was prompt, courteous, and went the extra mile to solve our problem within two hours of calling him. His price was very reasonable as well.

I called Leak Star on a Monday around 11am and spoke to Timo who assured me they could be out to inspect a possible slab leak within a few hours. Sure enough he showed up at 3:30 and after a thorough inspection confrimed the leak and sugggesed we repipe around leak. Fast forward to Tuesday at 12pm and the work is complete. They were extremely neat and and even fixed my kitchen faucet. The best part is that the total cost was a lot less than I anticipated and even at the low end of what Timo had estimated. I would highly recommend Leak Star
if you suspect any type of water leak.

After a week of a faint smell of mildew, I finally checked our water meter to find that we did in fact have something leaking but could not be seen. I called 3 companies with no immediate answer. I called Leak Star and Timo answered. He was calm and professional as I explained our issues. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem as a hot water slab leak and set a time to come check it out. He was timely and knew exactly what had to be done. The following day I had questions, I called, he picked up, knew exactly who I was and able to put my mind at ease.
After a half day’s work, our leak had stopped, we had a new pipe with minimal impact on our drywall. I am beyond pleased with the work and the professionalism. I highly recommend and if we ever do have another situation, they will be my first call!

Timo is amazing! He came by right on time and gave me an estimate for my re-pipe work. We were moving, and needed the job done fast and right for our incoming tenants. He really impressed me with his knowledge of the situation. I knew right away that he was more competent than anyone else who bid on the job. He gave me a great price, and the job was done professionally in a timely manner. Five months after the work, the re-pipe is rock solid. Now we have a drainage pipe problem (unrelated to his earlier work) and he's jumping right on it. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, reasonable, and a great guy, to boot.

Had a wet spot next to our foundation. Thought it might be HOA irrigation line. After a few days noticed water and mud next to the foundation. Called Leak Star, and got next day appointment. Fernando came out, replaced the pinhole leak section of pipe, and all is well. I would recommend Leak Star!

I called Leak Star for a hot water slab leak. They were quicks to respond and gave me next day appointment for leak detection and repair. Very professional, clean, fair price and attention to details, it is more like an art work than plumbing. Highly recommend them!

I used Leak Star for both repiping the water pipes in the house and rerouting the sewer line outside of the house. As with most of the 1960s home in this area, the original pipes started giving out. Fernando knew exactly what needed to be done with each issue, and made sure the work was done efficiently and professionally, from start to finish.

What I love about these guys are the small things they do that aren't strictly necessary (and often don't charge for) that bring everything up to code and is the "correct" way to do things. For example, during the repipe they installed something to our water heater that was missing. After our sewer line repair, they gave us back a brick patio that was honestly a little bit better put together than what they started with. It shows the care they take with their jobs.

If you're reading this review, you should just go ahead and do yourself a favor and call Leak Star. You get impeccable service for a fair price. What more could you want from a plumber?

I called Leak Star after looking at four other leak detection companies, and am I glad I did! I left a message that I suspected we had a slab leak, and Fernando called me back within ten minutes. He said he could have someone come by around 10:30. Michael and Matthew arrived on time. After listening to my description of the problem, they explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They went right to work. They found we had two slab leaks, one hot water line and a cold water line. They walked me through everything they found, and then explained what needed to be done, and gave me a cost. Everything was fixed and back to normal by noon the next day. They even recommended a drywall repairer, who also did a timely and fair cost job. Matthew and Michael know how to detect and repair leaks, having grown up in the business. I can’t say how pleased we are with their expertise and professionalism.

5 stars, well deserved. Used their service two times for different issues, and in case of emergency leak they have responded right away and went an extra mile to save my kitchen from the total re-piping - it was a tough case with the copper pipe that broke right at the concrete floor.

I would definitely recommend LeakStar for any leak detection/fixes and heater replacement jobs. Amazing team.

I had a leak on my patio and inside my garage and Fernando Rojas came out the next day. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in handling plumbing problems. He knew it was a slab leak and explained my options and he was able to come back in a few days and do a repipe.
The cost was very reasonable; I had other estimates that were thousands more.
I would highly recommend Fernando and Leak Star.
