VLP Design stepped in to do the reconstruction portion of the work after we had a shower leak in our master bathroom. From start to finish they were very professional. Honesty, Cleanliness and Pricing were the things I was looking for in a contractor and the owner Victor of this company had them all. My husband and I are so thankful and happy with the job they did at our house. New side door for our laundry room, texture, molding, painting. Removing stucco and replacing it with new stucco outisde the house. It was finished in the timely manner and never added extra fees. So we will be calling them back again for future jobs... Victor and his team were very professional and did an outstanding job installing my floors and installing the base boards in my kitchen. They got the job done quickly and I’m very happy with my new floors. I will definitely use them again for my next install.

VLP is new and I knew that when I hired them giving them a chance. And I’m glad I did. I needed new flooring done. I had engineered wood and laminate over it. The Laminate started to warp and I consulted with Victor. He presented all options without any pressure. We decided on SPC flooring. But the demo was the critical part of the project. He and his team did an outstanding job. Victor was very transparent with realistic timeline expectations. Communication is so important with any home reno and Victor did not disappoint. Although VLP is new, they have a lot of experience and it shows. He will be my go to contractor for future projects. Bigger companies have so many middlemen decreasing their customer service, they treat you like a number. Victor and VLP treat you like close friends/family. I highly recommend them.

Love working with the VLP Design Build team. Very professional from original contract to finishing the house remodel. This is the second project we’ve done with owner and general contractor Victor Pintado. He communicates well and follows through.

Very happy with the Service I received from VLP . They removed old carpet and installed vinyle and tile flooring. From beginning to end the process was thorough and professional. They stayed on timeline to complete the work but did not sacrifice attention to detail in completion. Usually you will see cutting of corners and hiding of mistakes when jobs are completed quickly. In our case carpet was removed and they made sure the subfooring was prepped. The tile was laid out perfectly-- with custom pattern .The vinyle flooring was installed quickly without any gaps , soft spots or noticeable flaws . Baseboards were installed and painted and look flawless. Victor and his Workers were very friendly and clearly communication issues that arose. Very good price and a high quality of work !

VLP did move out repairs (drywall repairs, patching holes in the wall, exterior stucco and painting repairs) for my husband and I. Their cleanliness, attention to detail, and communication far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend their services.

This review is over due. Early last year, 2024, my husband and I wanted to get ideas and quotes for our bedroom bathroom. It needed a major remodel and made calls to several contractors. Victor was the first contractor I talked with and the only contractor. He was very informative and explained his background in construction. When Victor came to look at the bathroom, I was very impressed with his knowledge, ideas, explanation of what and what not has to be done but also the “what ifs” if they should arise during the remodeling. I told him the price range my husband and I wanted to spend. (We were so impressed with Victor’s genuine honesty and knowledge, he had the job — no need to look any further!!). Told Victor that I could not run all over town looking at samples and materials. He and his lovely wife Irene brought to my house samples to choose from. All excellent quality and gorgeous. From the vanity, vessel sinks, waterfall faucets, quartz slabs for shower walls, flooring - WOW! It was hard to decide but the end result is a 5-star luxury bathroom! Absolutely gorgeous and perfect!!
Victor’s two employees, Angel and Jose did all the work. When I say they were outstanding, neat, courteous, and exquisite craftsmanship, that is putting it mildly. What professionals! After the bathroom was finished we had Victor put in new hallway cabinets and new doors throughout the house. Our home is over 40-years old and the update is fantastic!!
A few months after Victor finished, I still can’t believe it was done in 5-weeks, we had Victor remodel our upstairs bathroom. His ideas were superb!! Gorgeous remodel!!

I wanted someone with attention to detail. These guys have that. Knowledgeable and experienced. Easy to communicate to and understand contomer needs. Last summer, they remodeled my kicthen and several things around the house. Everything is holding up like new, no problems.

For years, I was very reluctant to move forward with changing out my kitchen countertops from granite to quartz, because I didn’t believe that I could trust a contractor to put a high level of workmanship on this project. My wife wanted quartz countertops very much, so I reached out to RMS Remodeling Experts and we met with Jez at his showroom.

Jez explained our options and we reviewed the project in more detail. He answered all of our questions. I started to feel more confident and so we added a request to install pot lights to our living room area. Still, my wife and I interviewed many other top-shelf contractors for this job. We awarded JMJ the project and they did an outstanding job on everything.

I was initially very concerned with incidental damage to my existing kitchen cabinets, but JMJ came into our home with a highly-skilled team and went to work. There was no damage to our cabinets and they even took care of resetting my plumbing connections; something other countertop contractors shied away from. They put a lot of care in controlling dust, protecting our laminate floors, covered up everything, and cleaned up the work site very well every day. The job was completed on schedule and the workmanship was high quality.
