We had been having issues with mold in our home and suspected that the crawlspace could be the culprit. I research companies ans contacted Groundworks. Joe Daleo came over and did a really thorough job of inspecting our property including our crawlspace and foundation. He found that there was moisture on one side of our property due to ground water settling. We decided to move forward with encapsulation after feeling confident with the information that Joe provided. We waited about a month to get started as we had some other home projects we needed to get done first. During that time, Joe maintained communication and I was able to reach him whenever I needed, which was awesome.

When the work started, Brandon and his team, including Edgar, Alberto, and Jose all showed up with a smile. Brandon gave me regular updates and pictures of what was going on with the work. Whenever I encountered any of the guys, they were always polite and professional. I know it was difficult work to be underneath my house for eight hours a day and I couldn't understand how they could still be so friendly and genuinely happy. Joe Daleo continue to be in contact with me during the project and came over to check on the work that was being done.

Since the encapsulation was completed, we have noticed that the temperature of our home stays more regulated and the musty scents have dissipated. We also noticed that the rooms on the side of the house with the moisture used to feel muggy and now they don't. We are so happy that we chose Groundworks and decided to encapsulate our crawlspace. I highly recommend them!

Foreman Roger and his crew Ricardo and Jorge did a great job installing the inteli-jack system in my crawl space. They had a couple hurdle's to navigate and they handled it well. The install looks great and they cleaned up prior to leaving. I definitely recommend them.

A 20x6 foot section.of my concrete slab had cracked and sunk 2 inches along a downhill side. Groundworks crew Oscar Gonzalez and Riccardo Vargas drilled about 20 quarter-inch holes and injected expanding foam under the sunken slab to level it with the surrounding slab and tiles. The foam expanded laterally as well as upward and after curing is expected to stabilize the treated area to minimize further cracking and drifting. The foam is also waterproof and the slab started to dry out immediately after the treatments so tiles will not loosen from constant underground wetness. Crew was efficient, expert, clean and communicated well by explaining procedures in detail. Best repairoption for me and far less expensive than demo and repouring a steep concrete slab that would soon crack because the soil isn't stable with its high water content.

I had flooding in my basement and I contacted groundworks, Rocco came out to assess the problem and we went with a crawlspace sump pump with drainage. Foreman, Roger and jorge and Juan came out and installed everything and did a wonderful job. Thank you guys.

Had to get foundation repair, the three man team of Jacob, Armando, and Isaac, came exactly on scheduled time w/prompt communication and finished the job efficiently and quickly. Job was finished within the day and went over the job once it was over.

John, a project manager for Groundworks, came out to our mother's house today to address some foundation concerns we had. I can't say enough how much we appreciate him. We asked John alot of questions. Each and every time he was patient, listened intently, and provided a response that was easily understood. John was generous with his time and we never felt rushed. We feel at ease with his recommendations and will be moving forward with Groundworks to complete the repairs of our mother's home.

Ricardo and Oscar were very professional and friendly, walked me thru all the cement repair process using poly, answered all my questions. They explained all the results. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left my properly like if nothing happened. Thank you guys for making this repair process a breeze. I’m currently working with Brandie at Groundworks on some repairs to our foundation and she’s gone above and beyond. Forman Roger and Jorge did a wonderful job. They were pleasant and communicated throughout the project. They were very knowledgeable about the type of work being done and even corrected areas of possible trip hazards. I am confortable in having them come back to stabilize and repair the cracks in my driveway at a later date.

Jacob, Armando and Isaac at Groundworks did a great job at repairing my driveway. My driveway had sunk a bit and was uneven do to some wash out from a broken sprinkler line. The folks at Groundworks gave a me good price on leveling it out and sealing the joint. My driveway is now nice and even and looks great.

Manuel, Emil and Roberto were absolutely amazing. Extremely professional and great at walking you through the process so you aren't overwhelmed. Basement was flooding and they helped trench out a drainage system and added pumps to discharge the water.

I had an excellent experience with Manuel, Edgar and Roberto from Groundworks. I needed crawlspace encapsulation after the Eaton fire and they went above and beyond to complete a very arduous install that had a lot of wrinkles... and they did it all with professionalism and friendliness I really appreciated. They communicated excellently before and after every work day, were on time and professional, and walked me through the finished product to make sure I was happy. I can't recommend this team enough.

Jacob and Armando did a great job on our driveway. We had a portion of it that had sunken in and pretty good sized cracks as well.
Jacob explained what they'd be doing and showed me the before and after photos. We would recommend Groundworks without hesitation.
