I had a complete kitchen. Very professional as well as personable. All employees were friendly and very respectful. I would recommend them for a remodel. Their work was exceptional. They were in touch with me at all times and never a no show when I was told when they would be there.

Jay and co. helped us with a major kitchen/bathroom renovation knocking out walls, moving plumbing and gas lines, installing sub panels, even a partial fireplace removal! They were great to work with and the final outcome was beautiful. Highly recommended!

We have had recommended contractors and so-called "home improvement professionals" traipsing across our floors since we purchased our house just over a year ago. I can honestly say that Jay and his teams of specialists are absolutely what a homeowner hopes for when choosing people to come into their home. We would especially like to thank the demo and rough-in team for their cleanliness, thoughtfulness, and meticulous attention to detail while prepping our home for construction and the tile/stonework crew for their relentless pursuit of the perfect shower floor installation. Based on recent experiences with other contractors working on different parts of our home, we braced ourselves for the worst when selecting a company to help us reinvent our master bathroom. What could have been pie-in-the-sky promises, low-ball pricing with extra charges during the process, and bad design, followed by months of dusty, loud, irritating, disappointing, dirty workers traipsing through our private space was, thankfully, the exact opposite experience. Jay was honest and accurate in his pricing, design, and expectations, and the crews were skilled specialists who appeared to enjoy their chosen professions. The entire team at Classic Kitchens went above and beyond from the very beginning to the last walk thru. Jay was great to work with, he was thorough, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. Ernesto and Enrique kept in contact ensuring I was aware of what steps they’d be taking next. Jonathan and Luis were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond what they were required to do. Classic Kitchens recently remodeled a bathroom for me. Initially I found Jay through Houzz when I was just looking for another quote to compare with the company I was planning to hire. As soon as Jay showed up, he was making suggestions and talking about some of the details for the project that three other companies totally disregarded. All of the things would need to be addressed eventually, but only Classic Kitchens thought of everything from the first interaction right through the last. The different experts that came in to do their work (tiling/plumbing/carpentry/paint/drywall/electrical) were all 100% professional, kept me informed daily, and were totally responsive to any needs or concerns. I am very particular as a DIYer about the process and the attention to detail. These guys completely exceeded my expectations. I added a few things as we went along and Jay and his team were completely agreeable with the changes on the fly. As for the costs, Classic Kitchens were not the most expensive but they were comparable with the most expensive. Throughout the project they proved why they were worth the expense. Especially after comparing stories with other friends that have gone through similar remodels. The project was slated for 2-3 weeks and ended up taking 4 weeks because weather didn't let some materials cure in the expected time. My wife was so happy and comfortable with Jay and his team, she is already charting our future kitchen remodel.

We are completely happy with our kitchen remodel and without reservation recommend Classic Kitchen Etc., for any remodel. It would be great if you could wave a magic wand and the work would be done. We are thankful that the process was orderly and seemed like walking through a guided path to our dream kitchen. My wife loves the final product.

The entire process from first speaking with Jay Adams the owner of Classic Kitchen Etc., setting expectations, the design, modifications, selecting the materials, demo, and work performed by the workers/craftsmen was a great experience. The project manager Ernesto Herrera, kept us updated on the status and what would be next.

We have been wanting to remodel our kitchen for over 10 years so we had ideas. I appreciate that Jay listened to our ideas and came up with a design that incorporated all our them. I am thankful for his expertise, experience, and vision. Jay saw things I didn't, like taking the backsplash to the ceiling by our windows that look out over the valley. Now it's like a picture frame and a great focal point of the kitchen. Also raising the kitchen ceiling to the rest of the house more than doubled the wow factor!

One of the deciding factors in choosing Classic Kitchen versus other designers/companies was almost all the work was performed in-house, or by the same sub-contractors versus having the work bid out to sub-contractors. We never saw any finger-pointing, or this issue was somebody else's fault. It was more like they were all working together to deliver the best experience/product no matter their particular expertise.

Going into the remodel we had challenges as my wife has health issues. The workers all took great care to ensure the barrier separating the living area and the demo area was always sealed tight. She also had complications from a surgery that hospitalized her three different times for 36 total days during the remodel. Everyone was sensitive to her issues and we always felt safe and secure as they worked around her health issues.

It's been almost 8 months since the job was completed, and daily I still marvel at the final product.

My experience in working with Jay Adams and the Classic Kitchens, Etc. staff was very satisfying. It was challenging to complete a kitchen remodel during Covid 19, especially with the shutdown of many businesses that were making the cabinets and windows, etc. that were needed for the project. Everyone was extremely professional and made great efforts to provide a safe environment for everyone as well as to keep the project moving forward. When small glitches came up they were addressed quickly and communication happened on nearly a daily basis. I would definitely use them again in the future for another remodel.

Jay and the entire staff at Classic Kitchen, etc. are the best professional remodeling company we have encountered. We remodeled our kitchen 7 years ago using a different company, and comparing the workmanship of our newly remodeled bathroom by Jay can't even compare. Jay and his staff did a immaculate job with their focus on detail and prestine workmanship is second to none. We are planning to hire them, again and have recommended Jay to our neighbors. Ernesto (supervisor) would call us daily and let us know who was coming on certain days, their names, what they would be doing and how many days they will be working. We’d only imagined adding a bathroom to our small home, but the project grew into a major expansion and remodel of the entire house and garage. Luckily for us, Jay and Classic Kitchens came out to bid the job. We were immediately struck by Jay’s honesty and expertise. He even encouraged us to get other bids and pick the company that was best for us. Throughout the process Jay worked diligently to manifest our visions, and supplied many creative ideas of his own that we would never have thought of. Coupled with their exacting workmanship, this has turned our property into an incredibly beautiful and sound place to live. Friends, strangers, and even city inspectors all rave about the results. We are eternally grateful to Jay and CKE.

We had our Kitchen remodeled earlier this year with Classic Kitchens Etc. , and we absolutely love it! We worked with Jay to design our new space and he was easy to work with. We decided to change the original design, but that was no problem. The timeline for work completion was accurate and there was clear communication throughout our project. We were also happy to give our business to a local, family owned contractor.

In 2019, we renovated the exterior of our 1977 tract home. Last year we decided to redo the interior. Even though I have 40 years of construction management experience and ran the exterior remodel myself, I didn't do residential work and needed to find a contractor to do it. After checking out several contractors and not being comfortable with them we met with Jay at his showroom. We had a good idea of what we wanted but had not selected all the colors or materials. We went to his showroom which has a huge selection of everything that you need to renovate your home and at various price points. We then made an appointment with Jay and went home and looked through the brochures we were given. The meeting went fine and working with Jay was easy. He helped us with material selections and Enrique put together estimates for what we wanted; complete renovation of both bathrooms, the master vanity, removal of all flooring and replacing with vinyl plank flooring throughout the house except for tile in the bathrooms, vanity and master bedroom closet. We removed the fluorescent light box and task light in the kitchen, drywalled over it and added 8 LED recessed can lights. Other than that, paint and flooring, we kept the kitchen as is. We also replaced the linen cabinets, china hutch, wall base and paint. The contract was signed in early January and work began on March 20th (lead time to get the cabinets and all materials prior to start of the work.) That gave us enough time to pack up the house and move as much as we could into the garage. Throughout construction, we had to move some things in the house and the construction crew helped us as required. (I never slept outside of my bed although my wife had to sleep in the guestroom with the dogs until the master bathroom work was completed.) The key was to do the master bathroom, vanity and closet first as we lived in the house and needed access to a working bathroom. As they were working on the second bathroom, they started removing flooring and installing the balance of the cabinets and started painting. Ernesto, their field superintendent worked with me on the schedule and quality control. The field employees were skilled in their trades and made the project shine! After nine weeks of construction everything was complete. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the quality and care exhibited by the field crews.

We got a complete kitchen renovation! The materials used are good quality materials, and the end result looks professionally done as it should. Everyone from beginning to the end were always very accessible for questions and/or assistance. My project includes a complete kitchen renovation, newly installed LED ceiling lighting for the family room, and we ripped out the swinging door for a more sensible pocket door for our daughters' small bathroom, along with scattered electrical work. We are more that pleased and plan on using Classic Kitchens, Etc. again for part two, which is a renovation of all three of our bathrooms. Can't wait!

No words can express our appreciation! The kitchen and extras Classic Kitchen went above and beyond. We come from a Construction family. I know all the problems that can pop up. The crew was on time and showed up. Their respect for our home and property is something you don't see in this day and age. Great experience!

After a couple of bids, we chose Classic Kitchens for a partial kitchen remodel and added a bar area. I was unhappy with our atrium/dining room with a load bearing post seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to turn that small area into a bar area. Jay (owner of Classic Kitchens) came up with a plan for the bar area that turned out better than we imagined. In addition, a custom designed wine rack was created for the area, and we were very pleased with the way it turned out (one of my favorite things besides the 48” range). Jay was very thorough in describing every aspect of the kitchen and bar design and provided renderings to help us with the process. We had a few changes/additions during the process, and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate our requests. Even though we only did a partial remodel in the kitchen, they matched everything to perfection in the kitchen and it looks like a total remodel. Jay is very knowledgeable, and we were very comfortable with every aspect of the remodel.
Ernesto (Supervisor) was very helpful, kind, and kept us informed at every step of the process. The tradesmen were professional, respectful of our property, and polite. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they left.
