I messaged for a quote yesterday via Yelp to replace an old junction box and install a porch light. I got a quick response from Alex and scheduled the next day for the first available slot. Alex and Daniel did quick work to remove the old, outdated box and installed the brand new porch light. They were friendly and helped clean the mess afterwards. It looks great. I would recommend!

I had solar panels installed through my contractor, who used this company for the job. Unfortunately, I was never given any information or documentation about the panels — I don’t even know if they’re working properly. I’ve reached out to this company multiple times to get answers and support, but they have consistently ignored my messages and calls. Their complete lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would never have chosen this company myself, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before working with them.

Bob is truley a craftsman. After contracting 40 years I have seen them all. Bob does only quality work.

Our technician, David, was amazing. He did precise, clean, and perfect work. He was very friendly and helpful.
The companywide a wonderful job of setting us up with David, providing a free estimate on several jobs, so we would choose the best for our budget, and we got a discount because we had three ceiling fans installed.
Our condo had no electric in the ceilings, so we had to have an electrician help with it, and David really knew what he was doing.
I have already recommended him to several friends.

I needed an outlet replaced where my ac was. The outlet was burned. I called Mr Electric and was seen within an hour! Vito quoted me a very good price so we went through with the job. He did a great job and now my ac can be plugged back in for the summer months.
Will definitely use their services again!

David arrived on time, installed my new ceiling fan with light, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, took care to cover work area with plastic, wiped down new fan & pristinely cleaned the work area. I will be hiring him again for my next cabin project.

I had backyard patio porch light lamps installed. The work was done perfectly by David. Although, this project was coordinated by Lowe’s I would personally hire from this company on any electric work on my home.

Jose, is an excellent electrician. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He offered alternatives to different electrical repairs and was very considerate of my budget by suggesting less expensive alternatives. Jose, is very honest and only suggest repairs/updates that were truly necessary and did not gauge or exploit me. I will defiantly continue to recommend him and Mr. Electric. Additionally, the office staff is helpful, organized, friendly and very efficient.

Mr Electric was assigned by Lowes to complete my Ceiling Fan installation.

Communication was great and the service was fine.

We had an issue where our technician was not able to set up a switch to control the light and fan independently on the ceiling fan. We provided the dimmer switch we had previously purchased that is meant to operate the fan and light separately, and instead he sold to us and installed a single switch to control both the light and fan together.

On a fan that sits approximately 10 feet off the ground, this is not very practical. Reading the provided manual, it looks like it would simply require a single additional wire to be installed from the fan to the switch. I don't know why this was not done, but we will likely have to hire another company to complete the installation at our extra cost.

Very pleased with the final look of the fan, but disappointed with the actual install. Unfortunately would not hire again.
