We scheduled an appointment with Mr. Electric because the power wasn’t working on the second floor of my home. Christian thankfully arrived early to the appointment and saved the day. He was thorough and professional with his work…plus the pricing was right. Finally found a reliable electrician that I will be using moving forward and recommending to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the service, quality, and knowledge of my electrician Vito. They installed our new electric vehicle charger in a short amount of time and maintained high quality with the installation.

I am completely happy and satisfied with the installation of 240 volts level2 charger outlet in my garage. Vito Macchia is so friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and fast. I commend him for a job well done. He even gave me a good price for the job.
I strongly recommend him and the Company for future electrical projects.

David was the electrician that helped me. He arrived on time, asked me to tell him about the electrical problem, did a thorough assessment of the electrical issues, and explained what he could do to fix the issues. He did not push a sale of any service and was very informative in answering my questions. I was extremely pleased by his work and cleanup afterwards, and the cost of the repairs were reasonable. I will definitely use Mr. Electric service again for any future electrical repairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update: David, our now-family electrician, returned to do additional jobs for us. He was efficient and professional, courteous, and even took the time to explain how our new fire alarms worked.

Our family researched and called numerous electricians and companies to find someone capable to assist us with lighting issues and installation of video equipment, who wouldn't over-charge us. Called Mr. Electric of Ontario and spoke with Jovanna first. She was very candid, courteous, and prompt in booking our electrician. David arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and proficient in isolating trouble spots, completed the job, charged us a fair rate, and even took care not to scratch our flooring! He's coming back out for additional work, and we are relieved and very happy to have found our new electrician in this wonderfully-run company! Such excellent customer care. My wife and I purchased a new ceiling fan. I’m no handy man, so we opted to pay to have it installed. Elliod with Mr. Electric was are electrician. He was polite, courteous and meticulous. Great job! Thank you 🙏

Vito Macchia called to confirm scheduling. He arrived as confirmed and made the entire process seamless. He was professional and a pleasure to work with in the replacement of our outdoor sconce. Gave me tips on dusk to dawn LED lights & adapter if needed. I highly recommend Mr. Electric & if you’re lucky get Vito! Job well done.

Vito was on time and was ready to work on my electrical issues. He listened to me as I explained about my electrical outage and explained to me as he narrowed down the source of the problem. Vito was able to repair my bathroom vanity lights that I really liked and hadn’t been able to find the exact or similar replacement. I’m happy with a job well done.

I had a new electric panel installed. Vito came and inspected everything before hand to make sure there would be no surprises. The work was done very professionally and he even labeled each circuit breaker on the panel. Their price was reasonable and they don't ask for a lot of money up front. They are now my go to company for electric.
