Eliud Gutierrez Service professional he arrived at my home about 11 AM and made me feel really comfortable. Every time he turned off the electricity he let me know and also let me not mention he explained to me every single little detail and also explained in a professional manner. Thank you Eliud For coming in and fixing our master bedroom, light and guest restroom. He also found a couple of more things and he made sure he took his time to inspect each switch as I requested. I got more than what I expected I will definitely be giving them a call whenever I need anything five stars for sure. Thank you all!

Christian was punctual, courteous, friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for? Also, the girl I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and helpful, unfortunately I can't remember her name. I'll definitely call Mr Electric for future jobs.

I had them come out a week ago and still have not got an estimate. They are not open on weekends and cannot leave a message. They do not answer the phone during work hours. Vito was my tech seemed nice but cannot get a hold him and the company. They have good online presence but customer service is not good

Thank you Luis and Eliud! They built and installed three ceiling fans and a chandelier. One of the fans also had a chandelier light so no easy task. Luis and Eliud were so professional and conscientious about leaving my home in a better condition, no trash left anywhere. They also gave me a great deal which included a home surge protector. David our technician arrived on time to install bedroom ceiling fan, very friendly young man. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He protected the area with plastic and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. I will definitely be using Mr. Electric for future projects.

Vito and David were awesome. They were able to replace 2 bathroom fans, build a connection for a chandelier from scratch, hang the chandelier, and hook it up to a switch all in the same day. They all look amazing and I would trust them to do any work if I need more. They are both great guys, funny, and fantastic electricians. Definitely recommend!

The ceiling fan in my 40-year-old house stopped working. I bought a new one with installation service included; normally I would have installed it myself but the ceiling is too high for me to reach, about 17ft. David from Mr Electric came over, arrived right on time, had a look at the fan and the ceiling but couldn't finish the work, because the defective remote control receiver was not inside the fan but above the ceiling, and the ceiling, while strong enough to hold the heavy old fan, wasn't up to electric code and too high to reach with his ladder. He made a call and they sent me an estimate right away that included scaffolding, cutting and patching a hole in the drywall to find and remove the remote receiver, and bringing the house up to code.
When I called to accept the estimate, Samantha made an appointment for just two days ahead, and David showed up again, this time with Vito, and they quickly set up the scaffolding, removed the old fan, and installed the new one. They arrived exactly on time, were very friendly, were very cautious not to cause any dust or damage, and installed the fan in the most professional way I could have asked for.
I think this is a small company and I like supporting small local businesses that are passionate about delivering high-quality work, and I would recommend Mr Electric in Ontario to anyone. Looking forward to doing business again!

Originally when purchased ceiling fans we paid the box store to install and they contracted out to Mr Electric. Vito arrived installed and also fixed other issues and we had him come back for more repairs. He was great friendly and very knowledgeable. Will use them again.
