Used Quality Pump service INC for a couple of times. They showed up on time and provided quality services. I would recommend them to my friends and families.

We really dont have much knowledge on septic system. We didnt know the house was on septic when we put in offer. Our agent found Quality Pumping Services and had them come out for inspection. Fast forward 2yrs later, remembered to get the tank pumped before issues arise. Called around few places for quotes but decided to go with QPS w/ reasonable quote, timely response, reviews, and prior inspection visit.

The employee handling appointments was professional and friendly. She made it really easy to book an appt. Steve came out to service. I asked him many q's since I dont know what to expect - such as condition of the tank, when I should book my next service, what I should be aware of in case there are any future issues, etc. He was professional and friendly and answered everything in easy terms. After he was done with pumping, he covered the area back to pre-service condition and cleaned up nicely.

I was really not looking fwd to getting this done but the whole process was very smooth and easy. Ill be booking future services with Quality Pumping Services!

Impressed! And that's hard to do as I'm a real estate broker and contractor. Rudy and his helper were extremely professional. Called as they were on the way, did a great job, talked to me about the septic system and it's particulars. Went over and above. I live in Yorba Linda, the large horse property area of the city where most homes still are on septic. And I own multiple properties with septics in the IE. They will be my go-to company here on out. Great rates as well!
