get other quotes. they were the highest quotes and misdiagnosed a much easier issue to handle. service will vary by tech but at an outfit like this, I assume it speaks to their corp incentive structure. unfortunately, there are hardly any mom and pop shops left to get a trustworthy, fair price in the south bay..

Carlos is probably the best plumber I have met. He solved a problem with our tankless water heater that we have been having for a few years at a fair price. Now we have hot water in all areas of our house!

Luis is THE expert in tankless water heater. We signed up with Monkey Ranch because of him. Luis is very good in his job.

Jesus was fantastic. He is very professional. When he completed the job, we went out together and discussed the work. We both came inside and tested the water pressure. It was perfect now with a new valve. He left after I paid him. I then went upstairs to check the shower pressure and it was very poor. Since he left, I called the office and they contacted him and he came back! I showed him the shower head and he suggested I first soak it in vinegar and if it doesn't work, to buy another one. I appreciated his honesty and help.
I would definitely call Monkey Wrench again.

Monkey wrench did a great job! If you choose them to do your install of a water heater I’d request Alfredo. He did the neatest install and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was running smoothly.
